The hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

Reserved this hotel to enjoy the night and the pool after a day at Sesame Place and I was impressed. Rooms were pretty amazing, bed super comfortable, breakfast was great and las but not least, the pool was clean and it's patio beds were amazing!

My only complaint is that the bar and breakfast area had no air conditioning, very uncomfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. None of the floor ice makers were working. I had to go down to the main desk for ice. Breakfast was good.

The safe was locked and no one came or called to address it after reporting it. Hallways were not air conditioned. Pillows were lumpy.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The online thing, the water wouldn't go down in the sink as well the bathtub

Our stay was one night. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The coffee pot in the lobby was broken. The tub did not drain and yes i turned the little stopper.

They charge a ridiculous amount on the credit card to hold in case of damage or whatever. Must be the kind of people they have staying there. Across the street they hold 25 bucks not 200

They had a nice pool that we had all to ourselves! Nice property with free parking, right next to a casino.

Overall great experience just very loud air conditioning, woke me up a few times. Good, comfy space overall.

I had to move my room three times , The first checking the floor in the living room was soaked with water from the air conditioning defrosting. So I had to move my room immediately to the second one in the second room.The toilet continued to squirt water out of it and went on the floor and I used towels to lay it down cause it was that late at night.I did not want to change the room, The next day my day did not clean the room. Make the bed, they were going to hand me towels. Why I had all the wet ones on the floor used for the water coming out of the toilet?So I had to go to a third room which I supposed to the manager, The manager did not comp me anything nor even upgrade.My room just move me to the same size room which I was extremely disappointed considering.I had to move times none at which was my fault, The only good part is they serve wilful breakfast which is nice, All the sisters in the room or scotch tape or bubble gum together.If you want to call it that in the shower, your c.Faucets loose and hanging off the wall spickets that spin things to that effect toilets that shift and move off the floor, And they hold $250 on your credit card. Because people break so much stuff there. And then you need to wait 3 to 4 days to get your money refunded.,

The area had alot to do it was a great location

While the bathroom was clean and tidy, the toilet was too low for older adults and the lighting was quite dark for my shaving and wife putting on makeup.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to request for our bedding to be changed 3 times, and they promised it would be. We left on the 6th day with no linen change whatsoever. Towel changes were by request as well, we had it done once in 6 days, but only after we asked for it twice.

Easy and convenient to get to Parx

Good, almost really good. But far from great. First the room and hotel condition is OK. What disappointed most that was for a 6 night stay, my room was only cleaned 3 three times. And it required me asking the manager two of those three times. If my room was serviced everyday I would give this place 4 stars. Pool is nice and very peaceful when not full of kids. Breakfast is average for a free continental breakfast.

The hotel is old and needs better maintenance. The phone in our room and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Staff was not very helpful. We had a partially clogged toilet at 8pm at night, and we were told there was no one to fix it until morning. Our room was otherwise comfortable and the breakfast was good

I stay at this hotel when I go to shows at Parx Casino. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel could use some up dating. The breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and clean.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the Nescafe Espresso machine in the lobby as well as the lounge and free breakfast buffet.

I really liked staying here. The rooms were clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Always coffee and tea available. The front desk workers were very nice. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit there area.
