The whole place was dirty and bug infested. We had a light completely missing in our room, our sink didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, only one of 3 elevators worked. Stairs reeked of urine, trash, and drug use. The side doors don’t close so random people would enter and sleep in the hallways and stair wells. I have stayed in motel 6 and super 8 ect. And this was by far my worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend any other place instead of this one.

Floors were horrible

The property was nothing like pictured or described we never were offered it turn down service or clean towels toilet paper or any more soaps and this is going on the third week

I booked a room at this hotel online but when I got there it was the only time in my life that a hotel felt to shabby and unsafe that I just kept driving and checked into a different hotel. The people hanging out on the parking lot looked questionable, there was glass on the parking lot and my kids said "mommy I'm scared, let's go somewhere else". Didn't go inside so cannot judge the interior or service but I would never want to stay there.

It was discussing there was cockroaches and the floors were nasty. The bed had no pillows and there was one channel on the TV and no remote.

No hot water in room. Lukewarm AT BEST. No cable in room. No trash can in room Bedding smelled like pot. Did you just make the bed up or change the sheets. Really skeptical

It was a great welcoming and the clerk was very nice pleasant and professional.

Please never stay here. The carpet was stained, the blankets had cigarette burns, there was no soap in the bathroom, the towels were stained some foul brown color, had to sleep with clothes on because the sheets made bare skin itch, there was no outlet to charge my phone. None of that is even the worst part. The best smelling room in this whole building is the elevator. Lobby smells like poop, the room smell what I imagine a roadside casino smells like. They say no smoking but apparently every guest they’ve ever had is a pack a day. Best thing about this hotel is the dennys across the sleep. We should’ve just stayed in the car

Awful!!! Was checked in, in a dirty room. No towels, No toilet paper, No coffee, completely undone, Rm 118. Then moved to Rm 414, drinks in the fridge, no working outlets, No hair dryer, dresser drawer full of junk. Very dissapointed!!! Never again

Took several minutes longer than normal to check in, new employee maybe? We get to the room and discovered there is no remote for the TV, no trash can and the door to the microwave was broken. I went to the front desk and they assured they would get them for us. I advised we had to leave and they said they would put them in the room. Came back a few hours later, still no remote or trash can. They had no other microwaves we could use either. It was not a very clean place and had terrible water pressure and the water got lukewarm, at best. Hallways reeked of Marijuana. 2 available elevators but only one was in functioning order and was very slow. Also saw a roach in the bathroom. Empty beer can, cigarette butts and dried feces (dog maybe?) on the patio. Carpets were stained. Kind of gross. Would not stay there again.

This hotel not only came to my room n made me leave they also allowed all of my belongings to get stolen by not allowing me to enter into a room that was purchased for a week for my friend of 20 years and myself

The room had a very unpleasant smell, like cat urine. We had a balcony that opened up to the second floor where the pool was and right below us was nothing but cigarettes and it smelled. I booked a non-smoking room which was pointless. The towels smelled like mold. The bathtub would not drain. After an hour of my husband taking a shower, there was still dirty water in the tub. We informed the front desk and they said they would send maintenance out. After another 20 minutes the tubbed drained and I was able to take a shower just for it to back up all over again. But I was tired and it was late and instead of offering us another room they would have rather we wait for maintenance at 10pm on a saturday night. After all that I just felt gross and uncomfortable and was not able to get any sleep, even though I slept on top of two towels that I had to go purchase at the local Walmart. We reluctantly went down for breakfast which was par, but you get what you pay for, and there was a note stating we could not bring the food back to our rooms!!!! The other patrons seemed okay but the hallways smelt of weed. Very unpleasant stay I have never had such a bad experience using the expedia web site over the last few years. This should not even be an option on their website, I am not sure I want to use expeida again. I do not recommend this place to anyone even for one night. Expedia should issue a refund for allowing a choice for such an awful place!!

Very gross, roaches everywhere, horrible smell.

Walking down the hall there was a soaked rug with some type of liquid, lobby was okay, felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Front desk did not have our reservation. Requested king and got queen. Towels missing and was told they’d be delivered and weren’t. Breakfast was 5-8 and at 7:25 had minimal food left. Property very rundown. We actually stayed here 6 months ago and it was better. Cost was good but literally with a price of poor facilities. No ice bucket washcloths soap

No towels old nasty food in drawers room stunk ac didn't work no toilet paper they said had breakfast it was a bagel and coffee which was out I had stayed there before they changed names and it was worth the money there was drug attics everywhere

Stayed here because I've stayed when they first opened but it's gone way down in only months. It's full of roaches, they never have even a towel, Wi-Fi doesn't even work. I requested a bottom floor because I wanted patio use to relax. The sliding glass door didn't even work! And I got locked out of my room because they don't know how to confirm payment already paid online on their own systems.

This was the worst experience of my life and I will never step foot back in this place again!!!

Difficult to find the property, It lacked basic maintenance, only provided one set of towels, and required an additional $40 damage deposit, which indicates "rough" clientele. This deposit was returned after an immediate room inspection during check-out.

Upon driving for the past 12 hrs. I enter my room to find not a single towel to shower with. Had to use my own. There was no comforter on the bed. Had to use my own blanket. Took a shower and the shower head was all kinds of messed up. There’s holes in the wall. And they left a half use bottle of shampoo for me to use.
