We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of where the property was located. The pool was very nice and we had a great time!
I just have a couple of recommendations!
More towels and wash cloths
The AC did not keep the whole house very cool except the bedroom by the dining room.

This is an older but clean property. Pool was nice. Large screen TVs were good for kids. Pool table offered some indoor fun on a rainy day.

We went to on vacation for sun but got lots of rain instead! Luckily the home had a pool table and a pool, this entertained us for hours on end! We picked the location because it was close to family. The location is central to many great beaches, just a short drive in either direction and you have great access to beautiful gulf coast beaches. Plenty of restaurants in the area, whether you are looking for a chain restaurant or local hangouts! Punta Gorda is just over the bridge and does offer some great night life.
The house was homey yet spacious enough for my husband and I to spend quality time with are 4 adult children. We felt at home in this house which had everything we needed for a rainy vacation in sunny Florida!

We enjoyed our time in Port Charlotte. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging around the pool every afternoon. The host was friendly and responsive. The only downside was the white privacy fence was destroyed by the hurricane. We did not expect to see most of it laying around the yard. Towards the end of our stay, three workers came to replace the entire fence which was very nice, however, they worked from 9:00-5:00 which made it noisy and awkward hanging around the pool. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to Punta Gorda. Highly recommend the Fisherman's Village for shopping and dining.

Family all flew down for my dads 80th birthday. I chose it for the number of bedrooms and close proximity to my parents place. I wouldn’t have picked this area if it were vacation destination. All in all, the house was clean, we pretty much just slept there.

We enjoyed our time at the Port Charlotte home. Weather was great! Home was clean and well maintained just as advertised. Punta Gorda was close by to visit. Grocery stores also near. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. The only glitch was the white privacy fence around the pool was destroyed during the hurricane. We were not informed of that damage prior to arrival. Towards the end of our stay, workers arrived to repair and replace the fence which was a good thing except we were not given a heads up that they were coming and they worked from 9:00-5:00 which made hanging around the pool noisy and disruptive. Other than that, the trip, house, and pool were wonderful.

Each and every one of us enjoyed our stay! The house is clean and comfortable. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future!

The little time that we were there was wonderful. Had everything we needed and the house was decorated so nicely. Pool was a plus and close to all kinds of places to eat and see. We plan on staying there again but this time for a whole week since our vacation was interrupted due to the hurricane. Thanks to Mike the company homeowner for being in contact through the whole thing!
