This condo was the perfect home base for our trip to ocean city. I love that you had towels, sheets, soap, etc there. It made packing so much easier. And once there we didn't have to go shopping for everything under the sun. My husband loved the balcony and spent most of our time there enjoying the view. I love how close it is to the beach. I hope we were good enough renters to rent it again next summer 🙂

We were coming into OC for a dance competition so we wanted to be close to the convention center. This condo offered that, with an incredible view. The place was clean when we got there and as described. The two TV’s were bigger than anticipated, probably 80in. Easy access to the beach and convenient location across the street from the convention center. Communication with owner was easy and quickly responded to me when I had a question.

I was in Ocean City for a conference and opted for an ocean-front Vrbo instead of one of the conferences hotels. The location is so convenient to the convention center. The condo was very clean and well-maintained and the view can’t be beat! It was the perfect size for my family. The owner was very responsive to my questions and check-in/out was a breeze. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip to Ocean City!

A very nice ocean front condo, lovely balcony with a useful kitchenette. Great communication with the owner/property manager and a very easy check in/check out process. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great communication, very graciously allowed us to check in early. The location on the beach was so convenient, stress free and relaxing. Condo had sufficient amenities for our needs. We used condo as a base for golf, dining, beach, and meeting up with friends.

My husband and I were in OCMD for Endless Cruisin weekend. The condo on the beach allowed us to watch the sunrise, walk across to the convention center then back to the beach. We will be back.

Perfect location right on the beach. The view from balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the morning sun there each day.

Nice and clean place to stay. In my opinion it is not big enough for 6 people. The couch does not pull out and very hard. The 2 double beds have cushions on them that you can remove if you prefer a hard bed. Take your own linens and towels as there was only one wash cloth. There was no parking permit and people were complaining that we didn't have one. My husband just informed them that we were in the condo with the right spot, and they left us alone. I had to finish up the laundry that the cleaning crew didn't complete. I notified the owner of all these things, and he said he would take care of them. All of these things were fixable, so it did not interfere with our vacation. It was also my first time using VRBO. I give the owner a A+

Pros- As with all ocean fronts, a great view. New to fairly new major appliances. Cons- On check-in found no screen on balcony door and refrigerator ice maker not working. Notified owner of both issues. Having a screen was particularly important because we want to both see and HEAR the ocean. Handyman was sent out but unable to address either issue. Asked owner if there was a toaster and was told to use the oven! OK, counter space is very limited, but putting a microwave above the range would have provided more than enough area for a simple toaster. Furniture appeared used, low end and uncomfortable.....poor lighting in living area and bedroom. Both small closets and patio had packaged items that appeared to be intended for installation in the condo. It seems that the listing price should have reflected a unit that was still in the process of refurbishment.

Found this beautiful apartment at Oceancity.. enjoyed the beach, views and nearby restaurants.

We had amazing time at the house and beach.

This was a great property for my husband and me to spend a couple days at the beach. It was clean, convenient to restaurants, and steps away from the beach. The view was beautiful- as photographers we loved the sunrise from our balcony. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would totally recommend this property. It was nice to have the living room area, a kitchen (we ate breakfasts in) and two bathrooms. There were beach chairs and an umbrella we could use which was less to pack for us.

The place was the perfect size for me and my daughter. Close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance if you choose. At 5 the beach does become the surf lesson beach if you are into that experience.
