My visit to Gulfer’s Paradise was such a pleasure! The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated, had a beautiful view, and conveniently located. It was a short trip from the condo to visit family in south St. Pete and to the beach at Pass-A-Grille. The condo’s kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and noodles were available for our use. Jen and Marty were wonderful hosts. Caroline

Jen & Marty are fantastic. We loved the condo and its location. It was really nice being on the ground unit with parking right outside the door. We enjoyed the patio and hanging out with heron’s, pelicans and squirrels. Very quiet and peaceful space. Would highly recommend! Thanks again, Jodi & Jeff 😊

The condo was top notch with all the amenities that you need to have a wonderful stay. The beds and linens were fantastic and the hosts were always available when needed. The Isla community with hot tub and pool was exceptional and you cannot get much better location to access to beaches, golf and all that St Petes has to offer

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We had a great time and felt right at home. We enjoyed going to the beach and pool every day. We found a lot of great shells. Went fishing in the morning and got too see dolphins and manatees up close. Lots of fun and relaxing. We hope to return one day. 🙂

Our stay at the Gulfer's Paradise was top notch. From the start, Jen and Marty were very proactive with their communication and that excellent customer service carried on throughout the entire stay. Their villa was super clean, and had all the essentials my family and I needed for our week's vacation. The quiet and relaxing pool was a short walk from their villa and all of the fantastic beaches the St. Petersburg area has to offer were within a 15-20 minute drive or less. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Jen and Marty for all your hospitality!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. The owners really took pride on providing as much as possible to make you feel like you were at home! We would most definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Marty and Jen’s condo. The place is clean and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The beds are very very comfortable. It's fully furnished, stocked with all kitchen equipment you can think of. Checking process very easy and communication with the owner is great. The condo is located at the beautiful island, great for family with kids, pool, private beach where we found most beautiful shells. Thank you.

Jen and Marty were so helpful and responsive! The condo was immaculate and stocked with anything and everything you need! They did their best to make it feel like home away from home!! Our favorite beach spot was literally 3 miles away. This was the perfect condo for our family. We can’t wait to go back next year!!!!

Our stay at this property was perfect. The host thought of everything. The location was ideal as well; close to the beach yet quiet and secluded. We will definitely stay again.

I felt like I was being welcomed into a dear friend’s cherished home. Space was super clean &!well laid out. Quality furnishings abound. beach / coastal decor was right mix of simple & chic. We enjoyed LOTS of cooking & relaxing. Met neat people at pool and nearby beaches. Saw some Brewer games at Trop field. I would stay again for a week or more in a heartbeat!

This property is located in a fantastic central location. The property itself was as clean as possible and contains everything you need. It has nice additions such as beach chairs / supplies, compfy linens, smart TVs, and kitchen supplies. Nearby are great beaches, restaurants, and general grocery stores. All are within 5 minutes away. Well worth the price! We'll most certainly be returning!

Excellent property with everything you need. Clean, bright and airy. Very comfortable beds with wonderful linens, bright bathrooms and plenty of room for 6 people. We really appreciated the folding outdoor chairs which we took to the beach. Full size washer and dryer, plenty of towels and a very well equipped kitchen. Pool was close and great walking paths. We wanted to stay forever!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulfer's Paradise. Jen & Marty were a pleasure to deal with right from the begining. They are very good at communicating and responding to any questions you may have! They had everything organized for you upon your arrival (easy entry & departure information, lots of advice of where to eat and visit during your stay and we appreciated that the parking permit was so easy to retrieve). The condo is very modern, clean and well kept up. They have thought of everything to make your stay welcoming and very comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. We truly enjoyed and appreciated the keyless entry. It was sooooo easy you didn't need to worry about another set of keys! Jen & Marty have made their condo feel like a cozy home away from home. This was our 2nd visit to Gulfer’s Paradise. The location is great and the condo is clean, well stocked with necessary items and very nicely decorated. The hosts were a pleasure to work with. We will hope to stay at Gulfer’s Paradise again on our next trip to St. Pete.

From the moment you walk into the condo you know you're going to love staying here. The rooms are all beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed. There's even pans to make a cake or cookies. We cooked several meals while there. Plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware. The patio faces the 8th hole of the golf course. There is a pond there with colorful birds. The patio was a great place for lunch or Happy Hour. St. Pete beach is just minutes away. Also drove to Clearwater, Sarasota. Lots of great restaurants right on Gulf Blvd. Publix grocery store is just minutes away. Johns Pass is where to go for shopping. Everything from clothing, souvenirs to colorful beachy decorations. Several great restaurants also. Dolphin and sunset cruises are available there also. We were there for 7 weeks and enjoyed everyday. Jennifer and Marty have thought of every need. We have stayed at several places in Florida and this condo beats them all. Can't wait to return.

We have stayed at Isla Del Sol previously and it's an excellent place for a relaxing holiday. It is ideally situated for the beach, golf course and shops etc. The apartment has obviously been recently upgraded and everything appeared new and very clean. The huge bed was very comfortable and provided restful sleep. We had to cut our stay short by 2 days due to Hurricane Ian approaching and the State's Mandatory Evacuation from the area. Apart from that, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Five Star Plus !! Dave and Lorna from Scotland.

We had a great experience renting Gulfer's Paradise. The communication with the property owners was excellent. All of the instructions and information for renters was very clear and concise. When we entered the condo we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness, cleanliness and especially the decor. There was a lot of attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything that might be needed while staying here. We were very happy to have found this condo for a two week visit. The location is great. Great for bike ride adventures, walks, short drives to the beach, downtown St Pete, restaurants, shops and sporting events. We truly enjoyed our time spent here.

Jen was very helpful and accurate. Make sure you get your parking pass. The place is very clean and nicely styled.

I am so happy that we found such an amazing place to stay. It felt like we were n a resort with all of the beautiful views and well kept grounds. If ur a bird enthusiast this place is a bonus. My grandkids loved seeing all of the different types of birds and wildlife. We even got to c some baby bunnies that were beyond adorable. The pool was so relaxing and refreshing We spent most of our afternoons there and got to know some of the other friendly residents. The condo was conveniently located close enough to the beach but away from all of the traffic and hustle & bustle Everything we needed was within 7 minutes of driving, groceries, restaurants and a pharmacy and of course the beach. This place was clean and organized and very cozy. It is pretty spacious as well which gave all of us our own space The kitchen is equipped with everything u may need to make a delicious meal and is very spacious. We also loved the large dining table as we could all eat together (party of five) The large TVs r a bonus and the furnishings r comfy and clean. We felt right at home here and would definitely book this condo again. The owners r very accommodating and quick to respond. Thanx for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing 😌

The condo looked better than the pictures. It was a beautiful condo in a great location. If I could rate it a 100 I would. The owner was very friendly and answered all questions promptly. I wouldn't change a thing there very very nice. I can't explain in words how nice the condo is. I just hope they rent it next year I'll know where I'm staying. If your looking for a beautiful place to stay look no further.
