House was exactly as described and pictured. Very well maintained and clean on the inside. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for making meals, coffee, etc. Kathie was great with communication and always responded to texts almost immediately. The family and I can’t wait to come back again. You won’t regret booking your next stay here.

We were visiting Lake Arrowhead for the first time for a wedding, and this cabin was the perfect place for the weekend! Great location. We really appreciated the well-stocked coffee options too.

My family had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at the sweet, cozy cabin. It rained one entire day, but there were plenty of board games to keep us busy. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was everything you could possible need. We can’t wait to book another stay.

This is a super cute cabin nestled in the trees of the Palisades neighborhood of Lake Arrowhead. The hosts are remarkable… from clear directions to s’mores kits, matching dishes/stemware/flatware to Prosecco and OJ for mimosas. The hosts are clearly passionate and the cabin is spotlessly clean. A keeper!

Wonderful stay!!! I honestly have nothing negative to write. The hosts (The Julians) made sure the property was welcoming... Mimosas waiting upon arrival. Communication with them was easy and every question answered. We will return again!!

Great cabin and location but we couldn't use the laundry room, mud room, and garage, we booked thinking we could use a fully functional place, but that was not true. The place was somewhat clean but is definitely an opportunity area.

The cabin is well decorated, super clean, and very cozy. Alot of space to congregate and spend time together. Very close to the town so it was easy to get groceries and check out the local eateries. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. Thank you Kathie, my family really enjoyed our stay at your cabin and hope to do so in the future!

This home was very clean and cozy. Looks just like pictured. I like that they had everything we needed. They even had a printer, which came very useful when I had to unexpectedly print a form. I'd love to come back in the spring or summer time to enjoy the lake and explore the surrounding areas.

Our family of four stayed at this property for a 2 night stay in Lake Arrrowhead. We were so pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the cabin, the responsiveness of the host and the overall experience. Every question we had was answered in detail and quickly, and instructions were perfectly accurate and easy to follow. Our kids (11 and 12 years old) loved it- roasting marshmallows on the gas pit, playing board games outside and taking advantage of the many walking trails nearby. Ten out of ten experience and would absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

This property is in a great location and immaculate. Loved the coffee station and Kathie was very quick to respond to all my questions. Both indoor and outdoor areas were just perfect. Love the fire pit area. We didn’t have any problems with wi fi but we didn’t use the no password connection. The lake association trails were a bit of a hassle and I’m not sure we’d pay to go on the trail again but it was a very nice walk over to Oktoberfest. Could have used more than 1 dish towel to dry the dishes. Without a dishwasher we ended up using paper towels. Certainly not a deterrent to a return visit but wish we had known before we arrived. It’s a great house and the best parking we’ve ever had up there and we didn’t use the garage, although it was an option.

This is a super cute cabin in a preferred neighborhood. All the necessities were there, the kitchen was stocked well and plenty of seating, games, and paper goods. Plus the host had mimosas waiting for us! I highly recommend!

We loved this house so much! It was very cute, exactly as pictured. This house also seemed to have better parking than many of the other houses in the vicinity. We loved hanging out on the deck and around the firepit. The house was very clean and well maintained. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

This house is so adorable, exactly as pictured! Impeccably clean. I’m an interior designer and fellow VRBO owner, the house did not disappoint! The bedrooms upstairs were spacious enough for families. We used all of the outdoor spaces as well. We used the grill, sat around the firepit and enjoyed nightly visits from raccoons and morning visits from blue jays! The house comes with bird seed and peanuts to feed the birds, we loved watching them! We rarely left the house, never even visited the lake. We couldn’t have enjoyed our time there more. Wi-Fi is sparse in the area but that just made for more family time and the playing of board games. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We would love to come back again sometime.

This is the perfect spot for a family to enjoy the mountains and the lake area, a cozy home with all the necessities and then some. Games to play and wildlife to enjoy, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and lots of space. We loved the beautiful blue jays visiting! The cell signal is non-existent, and the wifi is a public/unsecured router so you won’t want to log in to it (not that it worked anyway, so it’s likely been compromised already.) Definitely plan on unplugging here, but there are TVs with streaming apps in every room - so not really unplugging. It’s important to note that this property does not get you boating or any dock access the lake, even with purchased wrist bands. It merely gets the walking path around the lake and one small spot of shoreline without docks in Orchard Bay that is weedy and swampy. Not a problem for those of us who grew up outside the city, but for high maintenance teens or city-folk, it’s not quite the lake swimming one would expect. The owners are extremely responsive, and they’ve put effort into little details here that make the stay better. You can tell this place is loved. For our first trip to Lake Arrowhead, it was a comfy getaway and we will come back again!

We loved this cute mountain home. This house is in a great location, (short walk to the lake, and short drive to the village) and it has everything you need. The decor is cute and bright, and the house has plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, and watching the Blue Jay on the deck in the mornings before walks through the pretty neighborhood. There was a miscommunication regarding the ALA card, but they quickly made it right - just make sure to clarity that before you go. Overall I recommend this beautiful home as a peaceful, relaxing place to get away in the mountains!

Great location close to the lake and the village. Entire place is new and furnished with quality items, even the outside—there is nothing missing. Owner is super responsive and very helpful. Great for couples, families, and friends. We would definitely stay there again. Access to the lake is a big plus.
