Given the makeup of our family (kids,grandkids, and grandparents.) This was an excellent set up. The grandkids used the private pool, much more than the water park. Both are excellent amenities. We adults enjoyed hanging in the hot tub and lounging by the pool and fire 🔥 pit. Plenty of games. Seating handled our big crowd and sleeping arrangements worked great with 2 bunk rooms and 4 Master suites. One minor problem was handled quickly without hesitation.

Such a great house for a big group of people to getaway. We loved the space, the pool, the rooms, the neighborhood, pickleball, the community pool, and water park.

First off communication with the owner was fantastic. They were quick to reply and very clear on what to expect. The house was well stocked, the pool was fun and a bonus for having pool toys and pool towels. The theater room was a fun addition and the complimentary popcorn. We had 20 people and were very comfortable. A couple negatives: Some of the mattresses in the 2-bunk room were uncomfortable, some of the bed sheets were pilling causing some discomfort when sleeping, the floors were a little dirty. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend or book again!

Our favorite family vacation rental EVER! Exacly as advertised, this house is exceptional for families or large groups. We loved the four bedroom suites (bathrooms everywhere) for privacy and comfort. Three family rooms? A deck with stellar views at sunset? DIVINE! The bunk rooms in the basement along with games and a giant movie room make this a perfect place for kids and teens to hang out. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare and serve family meals with beautiful appliances, a pantry for storage, a second fridge in the garage and a huge dining table that brings everyone together. While the pool was a little smaller than expected, it was perfect for our group. We loved all the features (deck fountains, lights, pool toys, spa) and with a shaded patio, a large grill and a fire pit, it was where we lived 99% of the time. Now add access to the Paradise Village water park, lazy river and slides and you have HEAVEN! Just a short walk/drive, the water features are the extra fun that will bring us back. Alma was so responsive and the check-in and out processes were easy. As VRBO renters across the country, we are always impressed by the extra touches and details (plenty of beach towels, bath towels, comfy beds, extra pillows, bedding, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the showers, paper products, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) that show how much someone is committed to providing a stellar experience. We have one word: BRAVO!

Great property - clean and lots of features, lots of room, hosts very responsive. Got too many emails with conflicting info. Couldn't find the door code and had to call for that. They need way less email and make it simple with the code in one email.

Both the on site pool and the nearby water park helped keep us cool in hot July. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and air hockey table downstairs. All 22 of us could sit in the same area for dinner (kitchen island and large dining table). We had five vehicles so three parked on site and the other two parked at nearby overflow parking areas. Great time for our family to be just family together.

This house was perfect in every way!! The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Each bedroom had a ton of space for all the stuff you take with you on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The swimming pool was a blast. The water park was such a hit with all the grandchildren. We had great communication with Alma. We will be back. This home was perfect for the young and the old.

We had the best time at Paradise Poolhouse! The home is gorgeous and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a large group. We had 24 people and everyone had a bed. The kids loved the bunkroom and the other bedrooms were perfect. Having bathrooms in the rooms was wonderful and gave everyone the privacy they needed. The three separate family rooms (one on each floor) were awesome, and we used them all for different activities. The pool was the best thing for the kids and even though there were two water parks/pools in the neighborhood, everyone preferred to come back to the house and use the pool there. We had a luau, and the backyard was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian experience. Alma was amazing at answering all our questions and concerns. Thank you, Alma!! I can't recommend this home more highly!

We stayed over a busy holiday weekend in St George, but with the private pool we didn't mind the crowds one bit! The home was perfect for our large group with many little grandchildren. The safety fence dividing the patio and the pool was perfect with our two little ones that need constant supervision for safety by the pool. The home was well appointed and the grandkids loved playing in the bunk room as well as sleeping all snug as a bug. Plenty of room for visiting and games in the later hours after the kids are sleeping. We loved it!

I am glad that we had the private pool because the community pools were very overcrowded and impossible to even find a chair to sit in. The home was a good size and we loved all of the bathrooms!

Great floor plan for a family with all ages. Loved the pools, both the back yard pool and the community pools. We enjoyed th double shot and ping pong in the garage and movies and games in the family room and the theater. Kitchen layout was convenient.

I’m pretty picky about places I stay at so if it gets a 👍 from me, it earns it and this home more than earns a 10 Star rating. Right from the beginning, the owner was available to help us with figuring out a few things to get comfortable. As I strolled through the house, I was really impressed as was my family as they began arriving. The bed in the master on the main floor was very very comfortable. My husband wiggles around a lot and I hardly noticed anything. I wanted to ask what kind of mattress it was because it was so comfortable and soft. Others said their beds were very comfortable as well. There were 13 adults and 8 children total in our family staying here and we had room to move about and it wasn’t crowded. It was great eating breakfast altogether on this very large kitchen table and the pool and hot tub were clean and so much fun for the grandkids. The many bathrooms came in handy when everyone finished swimming and wanted to go take a warm shower. I wanted our 50th Anniversary celebration party to be fun and memorable and this home helped to make that happen but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Alma!

This house is absolutely wonderful. It has so many open spaces that we never felt crowded. It also had fun things to do. The private pool was awesome! The community pools were very fun! The owner was very responsive and very fast in answering any questions I had. It was a wonderful experience.

Great location, excellent accomodations, prompt response and onsite help for any questions. Our family and friends had a great time.

We loved this property, I think our family enjoyed this one above all of the others that we have stayed at! The home was clean, roomy and very family friendly! I will book this home again without hesitation!

Tons of space

The host was very kind, communication was easy, home was very clean and cozy, beds and pillows were comfortable, great dinning table for large groups, there's so many great things I can say!

The property was perfect for us. Super clean! Well decorated. Loved that there were four masters with bathrooms. Tons of bunk beds. Projector, games, huge kitchen table. Lots of tvs and game consoles. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit! So close to all the fun St. George things! Didn’t love the shower heads. Could have used another griddle for pancakes. And the gym/work out center at the club house was lame…probably shouldn’t have had it advertised. But that’s getting pretty nitpicky, this place was great!!!!

Better than expected...very cool experience!

Cannot speak highly enough about this beautiful home - right in the middle of beautiful country! So close to amazing trails, St. George, Zion, etc., So clean, fully stocked - great kitchen/cooking utensils - plenty of space for large groups! I was in town for the IM World Championships and had a support crew with me. The pool and hot tub were golden to soak after the race too.

We returned for our second time. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, our 4 small kids love it. Lots of space. Right next to Snow Canyon and close to Saint George. My only complaint is minor, the TV setup is as complicated as anything I've seen and will frustrate you when you use it. We've visited paradise village for 5 years, and this pool house is a gem and I'm sure we'll be back again. Service is always a 10. Thank you!

Love!! Such a great find! This place fit our big group so comfortably. Every room has its own bathroom, so we get lots of privacy - while still enjoying the group in the common areas. I thought noise from the kitchen would wake me in the a.m., but it was so quiet, I got a knock on the door when I slept in. 😂 We visited during a heat wave and it was toasty - but we still had the best time! The private pool off the kitchen is heaven! Made dinner and watched the kiddos play in the pool at the same time. Annnnnd there are two community pools, too! The kids had a blast at the pool with the racing slides and lazy river. Everything is close. Harmons and Swig are walkable. Gubler Park and pickleball courts are right around the corner. Snow Canyon is right there! My hubby did early-morning cycling from the house through the canyon - and said there are all kinds of paths around the area for jogging or biking for our next visit when it's not so hot. The kids thought sleeping in the bunk bed room was the greatest - and started video gaming in the movie room at 5 a.m. one morning! 🤪 As hot as it was, we couldn't resist turning on the fire pit for the ambiance one night - and the kids roasted marshmallows. Super fun stay - totally worth it!

We've stayed here before and we love it. The kids spent hours per day in the private pool. Community pools were also fun. We love that each floor as a place to gather so it never felt crowded even though we had a large group. We can't wait to go back!

We met family and stayed in this great home for a long weekend. The cleanliness was top notch, pool and spa were nice and fire pit was beautiful! Plenty to do for the kids and adults!! The only thing that needed attention were the chairs around the island. Wobbly and need tightening. Pretty darn great weekend!!

We had a great stay! We got rained out on our baseball tournament, so we had lots of time to spend at the house. The kids loved the different pools at the complex.
