No one ever at front desk. Breakfast was just sad and there was no sugar to be found for the coffee. Also shady characters hang out in front of building. Never again.

NOT SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS FRIENDLY!! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A ROOM AWAY FROM THE RESIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES!!! I was told my 25lb neurospicy daughter was jumping on the bed so hard it was physically bouncing the resident employees head off the wall all night long (she was asleep by 11) and he proceeded to get an attitude with me about it and when I said "I'm sorry she's special needs" the resident employee interrupts me with 'YOU USE YOUR KIDS DISABILITY AS A CRUTCH" we were also charged $25 a day for "stains on towels and bedding" and when asked to produce the stained items so I could see the stains they could not remove, magically they could not find the items and I was told I had to check out or the cops would be called. Book at your own risk!

I got to the property and checked in for the weekend and on sat they were trying to make my brother leave the room saying it wasn’t paid for when it was paid for the entire weekend and even paid for in advance and they continued to come to room trying to make my brother leave I came and spoke with someone at the desk they say they don’t know which I don’t understand how when I checked in at the front desk at arrival they did apologize about the inconviance or anything

Asked for very early check-in, didnt get it. Asked for daily cleaning service and didnt receive that either. Staff was nice and courteous. Rear entrance/ exit card reader inoperable the whole 5 day stay. TV remote didnt work in my room.

All the members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Vinyl flooring in the room. The breakfast was basic, but included a waffle maker. I would stay here again.

Wow this was the best place I stayed at in a long time the service was excellent and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly I will definitely be staying there again and very soon.

My sheets had to be changed 3x’s before I could utilize the bed. The front desk woman was helpful and but later the same night there was a roach in my bathroom. I didn’t complain due to the prior issue. I did request house cleaning and I never received it. Over all, it was not my best stay at a hotel and I won’t be staying again.

Arrived to find motel closed and empty. Had a confirmation from them as late as yesterday; no warning they were shut down. We were lucky to find a room at another motel, could have been a disaster. Bad communication; wake up Expedia! Refund obviously expected.
