the room didn’t have none of the amenities i booked it for and told me he couldn’t move me to the room i actually booked, and the front desk man was rude when i asked for things in the room

Everything was pretty good! Especially for the price. The (complimentary breakfast) was pretty much coffee and water but staff was friendly and attentive.

There was a lot of humidity I couldn’t even breath right

for the price of this property it is very nice if your looking for something on a budget this is definitely your place it’s better than Laquita & Hilton. Only thing is it’s a motel i would definitely book again

I’ve stayed here before. Very clean rooms and a big stand up shower. Comfortable beds and a big screen tv.

I really enjoyed my stay. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Texas.

Apparently a new facility … super clean and conveniently located to the interstate, restaurants etc.

The receptionist was very unfriendly upon check in. He did not acknowledge us standing at the desk. He did not give us any information about the hotel or services. He took a long time to check us in and was using a cheap calculator to check the price apparently bc it was already paid for. We also asked for extra towels and we were told that housekeeping would bring some in the morning but we needed them before then. It was pretty clean and beds were ok but I probably won’t stay at another one.

The hotel was very very clean and the staff is amazing. I have stayed here 3 times already and is highly recommended. It is close to lots of restaurants and near i-10 too.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. From the staff not knowing answers to any questions and language barriers, to being provided an incorrect room (after I confirmed our reservation the day prior), our stay was beyond frustrating. The website notes a washing machine in rooms - does not exist. All guests share a single washer and dryer. The “kitchenette” is fully unequipped - not a single baking sheet, fork, or plate to be found. In fact they said we should be traveling with our pots and pans or go buy them. Then a staff member entered the room at 11pm when we were in bed, stating she was told to clean it because it was vacant. Inexcusable. After voicing our frustration I was told they would speak to a manager and someone would be in touch…I haven’t heard a single word. Extremely disappointing, don’t let the newness fool you. Avoid!

New property, very nice in everything I wanted for my stay in Baytown, TX. I have stayed in many hotels and never encountered a room choice with 3 queen beds. It also had a kitchen. Price was very reasonable. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to interstate 10.

No handicap access to second floor. No couch or easy chair for seating. Low water pressure in shower
