Adorable little home, comfortable and clean

The house is beautiful and clean, with great hangout spaces: a dining area near the amazing kitchen, a comfy living room, and the patio. Checking in was a breeze, and the owner was responsive to questions during our stay. I hope to stay here again for future reunion-style get-togethers.

This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families.

Daisy & Her team were exceptional in their communicating & very helpful. I loved the placards on the walls & The kitchen area was warm and friendly and perfect for entertaining. We wish there was a few more towels & toiletries..wish there was some seating in the MBR. Since the bed was high, it was hard to sit down and get dressed. And we wish the beds and the other 2 bedrooms were larger for adult guests. Patio & Yard area was spectacular excellent for outdoor dining and gathering

The place was great, very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! When my daughter left her necklace at the house, she mailed the necklace to our residence.

This property was in a descent area with plenty off things around to eat. The house itself was great with space to entertain friends we came to visit who live nearby. Backyard and outdoor area was a great area to have and the modern updates on kitchen really expanded the space. Plenty of amenities at the house and even a few items in fridge that we were able to use. I would recommend this to my friends and consider staying again if we go back to visits.

I made the mistake of not reading through the other reviews before booking so I’d suggest starting there. The house is cute, the beds are comfortable, the patio is nice. It was 20 min to Magic Mountain and 20 min to Universal. But it’s true that there are post it notes all over the house reminding you to not do this and make sure you do that. Don’t close the bathroom door or it will fall off, don’t open the fridge next to the microwave, don’t use the A/C too much. The kitchen rugs are also taped to the ground with packing tape which was odd. I also made the mistake of assuming there would be shampoo and conditioner or SOAP like all the VRBO’s I’ve stayed at for 6 years. When we realized in the middle of kids baths and messaged the owner, they responded that it’s not required or listed under amenities. So just understand that this is purely a business to them and being truly comfortable isn’t possible when you’re worried you’re going to break a rule.

This property is not a 3 min walk from mission college as the listing states. You will get exactly what you see on the pictures. A remodeled kitchens, the rest of the house is dated and not well equipped for stay. One of the bedroom has two random beds and not real door, the top and the bottom are cut off- so much for privacy. There was no ironing board and the iron was extreme old. There were card board handwritten notes/instructions all over the house. It felt very uninviting and very careless, common use a printer if you must leave us instruction under each light switch. All and all the stay was ok.

This house was perfect for a family getaway. The yard was large and gorgeous with lots of things for the kids to do. The outside dining and the indoor kitchen were stunning! It was perfect for our stay.

The property was nicely updated and spacious, but we were disappointed that there was no hot tub (but it was listed on the website) and there was a long list of cleaning tasks upon checkout. We messaged the manager when we arrived about no hot tub (why was it on the listing?) and damage in one of the bathrooms, but never received a response. The manager ignored our message and even took time to remind us about the long cleaning checkout tasks (strip all bedding and start a load of laundry, remove all trash, start dishwasher, turn of all heat, etc). They did not even acknowledge that the listing was inaccurate. I think they meant the house had a BATHTUB, but it was hot a hot tub (which are outside and a big selling point for people staying). This entire thing could have been avoided with an accurate listing and a response from the manager.

My stay was great in every sense. However, was disappointed when I looked to see how much it would cost to rent the property next year and it looks like it’s $100 more per day.

What an amazing house and host. Kitchen was fantastic. We were all on a working trip and there was plenty of workspace for all of us. I feel guilty that we didnt utilize the outdoor space because it was lovely. Comfortable beds. Comfortable space. Great communication from the host and impeccably clean. Next time I'm in this area, definitely rebooking.

The location was nice and quiet. We felt like being at our house. The owner was quick in responding to messages. One thing though, the spa was in the bathroom for some reason I thought it was going to outside like a jacuzzi type. But everything else was good.

It was beautiful

The house was perfect for our vacation, the only thing is the guest house in the back, they would have to go through our patio while we were cooking and hanging out to get to their house, there was no private entrance. But all an all the house was great

We are a great stay at Daisy’s beautiful home! We were visiting California with our family of 7 to celebrate our sons 8th birthday at Universal Studios. This home was the perfect location for us away from the busy and expensive Hollywood area. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a couple plans over the weekend we visited at the beginning of June and the location was great for where we had to be. The kitchen is recently remodeled so that was a great room to hang out with family. The rest of the house had little notes on paper towels with special instructions especially for light switches not sure if it's the price that makes up for it but it would've been nice to have arrived without having to use our flashlights after the main switches weren't working, maybe by now that's been fixed though to make the stay more enjoyable not worrying about what to look out for especially with little ones.

Everything was amazing and so easy to get to. Property is centrally located to the areas that our grandchildren wanted to see. ( Hollywood, Six Flags and Universal)

The kitchen clearly sells this place. The remodel was a wise choice. It is also supplied with everything needed (and then some) to be able to cook your meals rather than go out. The owners suit mattress was firm and comfortable. Felt rested upon waking. Nice neighborhood in the area we needed for a football competition.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this new home . The neighborhood is very nice and the home is 5 minutes from 210, I-5 and 405 freeways . We were back and forth to Hollywood, Orange County and Santa Clarita so a great location for all . The kitchen is positively stunning and the back yard was a great place to hang out and decompress . Highly recommend this property

We enjoyed the brand new remodeled kitchen. Close to all kind of stores and great neighborhood as well for morning walking.

we needed a place to stay that was close to wedding festivities... we rented the main house and the back casita... would have been nice to have a discount when renting out the whole property at the same time. but that request was denied. it was easy to get in/out of the property, well kept, and we loved the kitchen... there were funny little signs written on paper towels all around the house, but we're not picky... it was just what we needed for the price.
