Room was clean and nice. Nice balcony. Great breakfast. A very nice place to spend time and relax with loved ones.

Room did not have a pool view as mentioned.Pool was far and under maintenance, it was mentioned that slippers and prepaid channels were there and it was not available.

Food was good in taste however can be improved. Swimming pool is good and very clean. Property is new so gives an excellent feeling. Staff is very polite all over. Room service and restaurant services are good and appreciable.

Food : Some items were a little burnt and were sticking to plates leaving black marks on plates. ( Breakfast - Dosa and Uttam - looks like these were cooked on high flame although not asked to be served in hurry). Room Entertainment : no subscription of Netflix, Prime, or even no paid channel on Airtel TV.

The Ops Manager Involved was absolutely charming and ensured the guests had a good experience. Massive Room Sizes and Service capacity is simply amazing.

The whole property was good. Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Swimming pool was well maintained. Head cap is must to enter the pool. Other activities like tennis court, Badminton, football are available on demand.

Room service was poor. They didn't clear our food plates even after two days. No general guidelines given at the time of check-in. Roads leading to the property is bad.

We love staying here with beautiful amenities. Staff are too good and helped us. We loved the place and we would like to stay again. The food is too good. Still they can add more recipes. Rooms are ultimate. Important thing here we enjoyed swimming indoor games and gym. Overall worth it and stay was osm experience. Would like to stay again. I should thank the staff and the receptionist.

Location is little far to find.

Hospitality, very friendly personnel, willingness to support, fast responses. Pool, Sports facilities. Water bottles supplied and renewed as courtesy. Overall ambience.

Wifi didn't work and couldn't be fixed on time (cable/port in my room broken, router attached with sticky tape to Access Point not working). Had to use neighbour room's Wifi Access Point, unreliable because he unplugged it. Many many confusing light and AC switches, all not labelled, no warm water one day bc boiler inadvertently off. Noisy fan. No toilet paper on 1st day. Bed and room not made on day 2. Dirty towel (carpet only, but still unpleasant), drain clogged with hair of previous guest(s).
