Nothing. I was not able to enter the apartment and I was not able to get a refund for not being able to stay there. This person should not be allowed to list on Booking.com. It is extortion what they are doing.

I was not able to get into the house at all and I was not able to get a refund after booking. The owner said on Booking.com that there would be a 20 euro deposit which my wife and I were perfectly fine with and after we booked it turned into a 300 euro deposit on a separate system outside of Booking.com. My family and I were traveling for 12 hours we just needed to sleep somewhere for the night. We didn't expect to have to pay over 400 euros to stay somewhere for one night. After we booked on booking.com The owner was not going to give us the code to get into the house until we gave a deposit to a separate online company. I asked for a refund because we didn't even stay in the apartment but the owner kept the money anyway. It is a full scam. The owner should not be able to list on Booking.com with these conditions. If there is a deposit needed for the apartment then add the cost on Booking.com so that the user can pay the amount that is listed all at once. If you leave Booking.com and pay somewhere else you are at a risk of getting scammed. I would recommend just staying in a hotel.

This is a beautifully decorated apartment in a fun Jungle theme. Very cozy and well equipped. It even had a Sauna and Netflix.
