Once we were able to get in, everything went smoothly. Comfy bed, quiet and relaxing!

My family came to stay over NYE and we had an amazing time. It was a great house, super cute, comfy beds, and within minutes of a beach.

This is a lovely little house. Perfectly sized for me and my dog. The yard is big enough for him to run around and play if he isn't too worn out from being at the beach all day. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. It's an easy drive or walk to the beach. The front door keypad is wonky and didn't really want to work but the hideakey was fine. Full disclosure, if your dog has a strong prey drive, or is an escape artist, do not leave them off leash in the yard. It's a short fence, and my dog tried to sneak under it. Also, deer are common and they like to eat in a patch of grass just beyond the fence. I enjoyed their company, some dogs might not.

Quiet house in residential area

the house overall was nice, we did have a problem with the front door lock and did not receive very good response with help to get back in after being gone for the day. the fence needs to be repaired as it is not secure to keep my dog in with several holes. we did enjoy the house and it was stocked with essentials that we needed.

Will not stay again.

The proximity to eateries and the local market was fantastic; Within walking distance to anything you'd need. The house is very well-kept with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Highly reccomend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is a nice beach getaway. The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the beach time and exploring new areas. The only downfalls of our stay is we had our dog with and the backyard is really not safe to even put the dog out for a minute alone. The fence can be easily gone under and we have a 65 pound dog. The neighborhood cats also run all over the property and use the backyard as a litter box. It’s really quite disgusting how much cat poo there is. This has nothing to do with the management team, just making others aware if they have kids or dogs, the backyard is a litter box so be aware. Aside from that, it was a great stay. We would stay again.

Clean updated home in a quiet location

Location & house was good and mostly maintained. Pros.. Well stocked house, easy check-in / out; looks as described. Cons: Master bathroom tub is peeling and has extremely poor drainage. Ceiling fan has an quarter inc of dust visible from a distance. Master bedroom door knob needs replacing (it is clearly missing peaces and a weight was added to the room, placed at the bottom of the door in case you wanted to close the door and it stayed closed with the weight..... REALLY!?) This was not expected based on a $350/night stay!!!!!

This is a cute little property perfect for a family of four centrally located between town and the Grayland beaches and just a few blocks from the grocery store and Blackbeard's Brewery. Some small updates could be made like touch up paint and faucets but nothing that interferes with the stay. It doesn't seem like the owners have actually stayed here, I think a few changes would be made if so. We will definitely stay here again. Note there is no AC, no laundry detergent, teapot or plastic wrap. Cheers

Between the beach and downtown

Quite location, lots of cats running around counted 10 different one's. Good location , very comfortable.

Very clean. Had the essentials, cooking oil, dishes, beach towels, sand toys etc.

bare bones but well stocked kitchen. Latch on side gate needs repair.

This is a lovely little house, just a few miles from the beach. It is a quiet area and a great place to relax for a few days.

All the kitchen utensils that you need to make anything that you want to make. Beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were adequate. The fenced backyard was nice to let the dogs go out and use the bathroom.

In walking distance to beach and light house if you like to walk, not all roads have sidewalks though. Mostly clean and quiet surroundings, we would stay here again.

The house was cute and comfortable. A quick walk to the beach, grocery store, and several restaurants. The fence in the yard would allow a small dog to scoot under it and a larger dog to jump over it on one side. I wouldn't recommend leaving your pet unattended.

Cute house, clean and very convenient location between the bay and ocean. Quiet street, nice fenced in yard (not secure for smaller dogs though) Thoughtful amenities, drip coffee pot, fire pit, charcoal grill, beach towels. Great little back porch and front porch. Lots of indoor plants and outdoor landscaping gives a tropical feel.
