The RV will be rented with empty grey and black tanks, please return it the same way or a fee will be added. Our RV is completely clean for every renter. Ventilated after each use, all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, the inside is fully dusted, floors are swept and mopped, windows are cleaned, restroom and shower are fully cleaned and disinfected, and the outside is washed. Therefore, the RV must be returned in the same clean condition as given, you're responsible to clean items used (dishes, pots, pans, kitchen, bathroom, etc) Otherwise, an extra $150 "deep cleaning" fee will be assessed. This is your home for the duration of your trip, so please keep it clean, fresh, and beautiful as you would your own home! If you're planning on staying at a full hookup site, our RV already comes with a full fresh water tank, and all the necessary equipment to hook up.
