Communication with the host was wonderful and timely. Checking in and out was quite easy, which was nice because after driving for 10 hours you just want to get in and relax! The house was incredibly clean and spacious, more spacious than we needed really for three, which in itself is a luxury to find in the Boston area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and functional, and the showers were nice. And the neighborhood was quiet, private and seemed very safe - lots of people jogging and walking their pets. The owner, Jeff, was very nice. When we asked about a grill (which was not listed in the amenities), he offered to leave a small charcoal grill in the garage. We didn't use it but it was a very generous gesture. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again.

The home is very well set-up for a group of our size (six adults). We wished we could have used the deck, as it seemed lovely. We arrived during a wet and chilly period. The host helped immediately with extra bedding and thermostat settings.

Everything was exactly as described. House was clean and spacious and we had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and all the homes still had their Christmas lights up, added bonus! This was our first visit to Boston and we could not have asked for better accommodations for our family of 5. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!

We came to Boston to attend the Army Navy game with our adult children. This house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was situated in a lovely neighborhood within close proximity to everything Boston. We loved the spaciousness for our group. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

My party of 3 adults had a great stay at this house. Very clean and comfortable. Could very easily have accommodated 4 people. Jeff communicates very promptly. Very helpful. Strong recommendation for this property.

The host thought of everything! We could have just showed up with clothes, they had towels, toiletries, bottles of water...very neat clean and spacious! We had 8 adults it was great to have 2 & 1/2 bathrooms we could all get ready no problem. No long check out list, we took out our trash and left, so easy and convenient. Host Sent us a text with local information and had great communication though out the entire process. If we ever come back to Boston I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 4 days for work in downtown Boston. Very clean house with many extras. Plenty of Paper products and cooking extras. Back deck is very nice. Safe neighborhood. We mostly took Uber into town for event at the Park Plaza 20-30 min ride. All 3 of us were very happy and we rent places often. Planning on staying again this Spring!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Jeff is a accommodating and involved host. He was prompt with responses and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Jeff was kind enough to leave us a case of water upon our arrival. We all said we would stay there again. The house worked very well for us since we had a larger group. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 3 beds in the lower level also (split level home). Two TV/living areas with plenty of seating in both. Two tables in the kitchen and dining. Outside seating in the deck also. Very cute neighborhood with nice houses. It is close to Boston. The train station is a mile or so away and easy to use. Boston traffic is atrocious at times so the train was a nice fall back. On a trip from the airport to the house is took us about 45 minutes to go 9 miles since one of the tunnels is closed. Plenty of Uber drivers in the area.

My husband and I treated our family friends to a birthday visit to Boson, and we stayed in this lovely home. It was a short drive to downtown Boston, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves,

Jeff was so accommodating. When we arrived, there was a case of bottled water waiting. So much room! Close to the city and stores. We needed more linens After we arrived and he left his business 30 minutes away to set us up. Great stay! Thank you Jeff!

Large and spacious with a very good kitchen. Enjoyed our stay here. Landlord was very responsive and was quick to provide us with an iron when we asked for it .

Upon arrival we were impressed with the location! Easy access! Plenty of parking as well. The house was well appointed with everything you could need for a great stay! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and a well.stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer with supplies. We absolutely enjoyed the house and the really nice deck to sit outside! The owner was awesome to work with too! If I'm back in Boston, I will definitely be back!

This home was close, but not too close (if you know what I mean) to the airport. It was a short ride and easy to find. The neighborhood was adorable and quiet. The house was warm enough for these Floridians to be comfortable, and large enough to accommodate us with privacy. We had everything we needed, and within a day it felt like home. We chose to drive into downtown Boston (which was an easy short drive) but we did see that public transportation was close. We found a great Irish Pub that had great food, and a 7-11 within walking distance when we wanted to stretch our legs. We had easy communication with the Property Manager, who was readily available when we had a question about lighting the fireplace. Next trip, we will definitely re-book! Enjoy!

My family of six adults enjoyed staying in this home in West Roxbury. Located in a safe & friendly neighborhood, this house was clean and spacious. Jeff made sure we had all the comforts of home during our visit to Boston. I highly recommend this property.
