This home is lovely. It was better than described. We were very comfortable. The owners clearly put time and love into this home. I highly recommend it.

It's a 3-br, 2 bath home, and it is lovely, but both bathrooms are "en suite" so the 3rd bedroom is unusable for those "elder folks" who need to go to the bathroom in the night. You have to go through someone else's bedroom. Yet, the bedroom by the kitchen had no door - did not feel private. It just didn't work for us.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil historical home to stay in, this is the place! This beautiful home has all the amenities one might need and is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown. Also, the property has great outdoor spaces and more than adequate parking. Check-in instructions were easy and when I had to contact the property manager I received a prompt response. It was a hassle free experience in every way. I highly recommend this property!

The place was very nice. It's an old house that has been renovated really well. I love all the extra special touches.

My college son’s baseball conference tournament was down here. We brought my parents along and it was nice to spread out instead of being in a hotel room. Price was great, home was clean with plenty of amenities (toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, and coffee)!! Darling charm to this historic home!

We loved the details of the home. It was nicely redone but preserved the historical aspect. We'd definitely like to come back! Quiet neighborhood also.

Mary's Place was a perfect little piece of country heaven with amenities that every family needs. It was perfect for our short stay in Ozark. We love history & this place held many historical pieces that were fun to look at and chat about. We would definitely stay again!!

Visited Ozark for a wedding at Greenhouse Two Rivers. This cottage style home was perfect for our stay, two couples. Home is authentic early 1900’s, hardwood floors, antique furnishings, beautifully decorated. Clean, Keurig coffee maker with pods provided, beds were comfy, extra nice touches everywhere…. Would definitely stay again!

A great older home. Lots of room. Great price! Just a little misleading on sleeps 6. I guess the 6th person would have to sleep on the couch. But not that big of a deal as we only ended up having 4 people stay vs the original 6 we planned.

It was very cozy, clean and beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The only negative is that they don’t have a hall bath so if you are using all 3 bedrooms you have to walk into someone else’s room to use the bathroom. Other than that it is awesome.

This property was in close proximity to every good thing that the Ozarks had to offer. We stayed here for a weekend while attending a wedding in downtown Ozark. The property was so cute and Nathan was so communicative and accommodating. He has a very special property and we loved our time there.

This was my first time using a VRBO, and it was so easy. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and looked as expected. The owners were very responsive to questions. All in all a great experience, and I would stay here again.

The Home itself is in a nice neighborhood from what I can tell, we only stayed one night and not even 12 hours. The cleaners left extremely damp towels in the closet and hanging up and in dryer. We arrived late and wanted shower and go to bed. That was impossible as the towels needed to be washed and dried. There was 2 wash rags and an abundance of hand towels, so we used those as wash rags. The floor has a lot of give to it and squeaks with every step throughout. The listing doesnt say this but they have doors to parts of the home locked so you cannot access them. Like the door that leads to the entire upper house or bedroom. For a mom this made me feel uncomfortable because you don't know who or what could be up there. BOTH bathrooms we had a child get locked in one and me in the master. If you close the door you cannot open from the inside, so we had to yell for someone to come let us out. The owner was understanding, at least in text and said he would make notes of my comments. He also offered a partial refund but I have not seen that happen as of today.

Property was perfect for four friends who hadn’t seen each other in ten years to have a reunion. Great dining room table for eating and playing games. Great outside patio area, but it was too chilly for us to spend much time there. Lots of special touches by the property owners make it a comfortable house. We would stay there again!

We came to town to visit my kids and parents and a couple friends and were able to sit and enjoy dinner as a family around the beautiful table, rather than try to visit in a restaurant. So much more pleasant for my older parents.❤️ This place is so beautiful and cozy.

Everything was exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach the one time we had to ask a question.

Lovely historical home with hardwood floors and antiques. The master bathroom had a large soaking tub that we immensely enjoyed.

Very nice - excellent decor...... only one thing: the soap bottles in both baths were empty...... we used the shower soap to wash our hands, but it was not ideal.....

Nathan is a very helpful and attentive host. The home is beautiful and very clean. There was a glitch in our booking while there and Nathan took care of it right away with no inconvenience to us. I would recommend this rental to anyone going to the Branson/Ozark area!
