The room was clean. The hot water was great. There was a nice balcony facing a grassy field. Comfortable bed and not too far from Isha Ashram (about 25k).

Nothing not too like..just a basic room. The staff could greet the guests a little more..

Nothing could be said good about the property. It was extremely basic for the price that it charged. We paid 2500 and we had to carry our own luggage. Get our own water.

It was definitely not value for money. I was not expecting much and got fooled by the title saying close to Adiyogi. My mistake I did not check the location prior to the booking as it is almost 20km from the Adiyogi. Its an apartment with couple of staff who are seldom available. If you don’t have your own vehicle very difficult to commute. Definitely will not recommend even for a stop over as in our case especially for the price of 2.5k. With no food, not even water was kept in the room and we were told we could fill up our bottles from the ground floor.

Actually there is nothing you would like in the residency. Everything is in bad shape. Simply kaam chalau type. if you don't have any other option then only go for it. Staff= completely unprofessional not trained and no sense of service. Cleanliness is questionable. The bed and bedsheets were not clean. Extremely overpriced. OYO affiliation is removed, most probably because of the owner's negligence. Not recommended at all.

Near maruthanalai and isha.. This is the perfect place to stay who wants to cover both. I was used hotels cab to visit isha.. that helps me from unnecessary mess of timings or unnecessary waiting.. Staffs are so co operative

The room rate was decent considering we were a family of 3 and had to pay only 1900+ for a night.

The room was not clean, bedsheets were stained, toilets broken.

My booking was from 21st 12 am to 22nd 12 am at that Ranu's residency.On arrival, they check-in me at six in the morning and take the full amount of rent in advance.I didn't like the hotel room, too much uncleaned but it was not possible to change the hotel at that time so I left the hotel for a while. At 10:30 in the night, two guys from the hotel knocked on my door and told me that I have to check out of the hotel now, or I have to pay another 600 rupees if I stay at night. They said, I came at 6 in the morning so I have to leave the hotel at 10 at night. When I asked to check out at 6 am they told me to pay 600 rupees. My check in check out time was 12-12.It was late night so I told them ok I will give the money then after a while they knocked again and told me to pay now it was a very bad situation.In fact, they show low budget on booking.com and start this business with people in hotels. They are very bad people, cheater type.The hotel rooms are very dirty, their behavior is very bad, they do not help the tourists at all.Booking.com should ban such hotels, otherwise people like me will suffer.I've been on so many tours but never had Late Night suffer like this. Maybe they did it seeing a single woman. They can never be good people.
