Was not a sofa bed as they said, only one two seater so third person had nowhere to sit, no extra bedding. Parking was not on site. Smelly corridors and dirty. Had to go out to buy air mattress for brother in law. Just looking at booking somewhere for next year for three and the bloody cheek that they are trying to rent it out for more money. These people need this apartment removed from booking. Com. Basically charged us 300.05 pounds for a two person apartment and have had no replie back when I asked for a 100 pounds refund. 😠😡🤬

You need to know is it a budget place,with budget features.Well located near by Maidstone East station.Is there a bathroom,nice shower,smart TV,Kitchenette,sofá.I was lucky to met the staff and they are so lovely when left me check in early .

I had a problem with check-in. I went to the apartment and there was another person there. I had to sleep at the hotel and come back the next day. I found it unprofessional to rent for 2 people at the same time. A wardrobe in the bedroom would be nice.

Comfortable apartment in the center of Maidstone full kitchen and even has a blender that works to make smoothies and cakes, super large bed and nice to sleep

I ended up forgetting the charger for my original samsung laptop behind the sofa, I called hours later to let them know and if they could keep it for when I returned in 2 weeks but when I returned later several attempts and excuses were with the cleaning , someone or some guest stayed with him. So, I was careful with their belongings because they don't keep it.

The were no curtains in the bathroom on one window the roller blind was actually left on the floor There was no iron No central heating but a small heater in the living room Nowhere to put clothes except a few hooks on the wall For 2 days the outside door into the building was open and not secure although this was fixed on my 3rd day. The building isn't secure I saw a man whilst i was parked just flipped up the windows and climbed in through the window and opened the door from the inside leaving it open on the day the keys were fixed. The bins outside were far away.The person who works in the building was so moody and not approachable. In the bathroom there was nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor. People smoke in the hallway and the smell as you pass is unbearable and it feels like it lingers on you

Convenient location, shower was nice, reasonably quiet considering proximity to town centre. Kitchen was well equipped. I slept surprisingly well!

There were a few maintenance issues and a damp smell in the bathroom. Whilst generally it was evident the apartment had been cleaned, stained floors and carpets made it appear otherwise.

There was no breakfast, the location was fine

I booked for 3 people and I wasn't offered the sleeping facility for the 3rd person and was forced to buy yawn bed for my son to sleep on. There were lots of noise and the painters were working during the night. I had a leaky tap in the bathroom and the shower was not powerful at all. Please avoid.
