Our stay at this property was great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the deck was a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. Jennifer was a super host and answered any questions I had so quickly. We look forward to staying there again!

Perfect location! We loved being able to swim in the lake right from the backyard. House was comfortable, has an awesome deck, and was very well stocked.

Clean, nice property. No problems whatsoever. Beautiful views of lake and just a short drive to Rogers. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. We watched the sunrise from the furnished deck out back.

I can’t say enough about the property host!!! Always on top of it! The house is amazing! Pretty much has everything you would ever need and more!!! My son in law is 6’6 and still able to maneuver the winding staircase! So much space, and ways to separate for quite time too. The location on the lake was so awesome for the grandkids!! They felt safe in the cove and had a blast! The float pad and the kayaks were so much fun to use! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!💖💖

We enjoyed a fun-filled weekend with our family, without ever leaving the property. The house had plenty of space to accommodate 7 adults and a 1 year old. Our adult "children" used the two kayaks and paddle board provided, plus two kayaks we brought. and had a kayak adventure! The lily pad made it easy to spend time in the lake relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed - maybe the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in! Jennifer answered all of our questions prior to the stay as we prepared for a trip with a 1 year old.

This lake home is beautiful, roomy, and the views and swim cove could not have been more perfect. It is a perfect getaway! The cove was mostly private with just a handful of neighbors passing through, and it was very quiet. Just a couple of tips: Bring your chackos or some type of swim shoe, as the beach is very rocky but with those on is perfect! Be prepared for a steep driveway, we fit a car in the garage, one in the driveway. There was also a steep drive on the other side with a landing we could park on. A truck would be best suited to park on this side as there is a little bump at the top that a truck would more easily get over. We brought corn hole for yard games and just had an amazing time! Jennifer is great to work with; she responds quickly and is very professional.

This lake house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location on the water, close to a boat ramp and close to the marina. The house was very clean and provided lots of space for the entire family to enjoy our stay.

We had a family vacation with our adult children and our grandchildren. The home had everything we could have possibly needed. We loved having such close access to the lake where we enjoyed kayaking, fishing, floating and playing in the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend together!

We usually go to the beach for our vacations, but we saw this property and decided to give it a chance. It was magical! Everything was wonderful, and the owner was fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. Between the kayaks, paddle board, giant lily pad, and all the extras in the house, it made for a perfect vacation! We hope to be back!

This house has a great deck with amazing views. Probably as close to the water as you can get. Its a pretty gentle slope with a walkway that is probably halfway to the water (depending on lake level). Very enjoyable stay

Our family had a blast on this trip. The house was fantastic and so close to the water. The beach is mostly rocks so I’d suggest bringing water socks. The lake is beautiful and so clean. I would definitely suggest Jennifer’s house to all friends and family.

This home had it all!! Everything you would need in the kitchen, extra bedding / pillows if needed! The views off the deck were amazing! Paddle boat and lily pad were so much fun! I can't say enough awesome things!!

By far the best rental hosts I have come across. Super responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. The pool table and being right on the water was exactly what my group and I needed for our memorial weekend. Great location to both marinas for us to take the boats out. We will be back at the end of boating season. Jennifer and her husband are rockstars!

Our family has stayed at quite a few lake house rentals and this was by far the best one yet! I appreciated the house warming snacks left, the cleanliness of the house, and the ability to check-in early. Communication with the owner was also great. We'd love to come back again! Amazing property! Clean, peaceful and the lake view was picturesque. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely a return visit in the future!

Although most might not consider renting a lake house at the end of winter, it could not have been better. Our grandchildren were able to fish a bit, we bundled up and enjoyed the sun on the deck, played pool, did puzzles, and ventured into Rogers, Eureka Springs & Bentonville. It was the perfect getaway for our family. We’ll be back to enjoy warmer months on the kayaks!

We stayed over Thanksgiving and everything about the rental was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked as was the rest of the house. The view out of the windows while cooking Thanksgiving dinner was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in!

We were staying in town last minute for a softball tournament. Found this listing and booked. One of the nicest places we have booked on VRBO! Beautiful view and loved the set up. Would highly recommend.

It was refreshing to get away from the city to such a beautiful area. We had such a great time and will be looking forward to possibly staying again.

House was clean and well stocked. Host provides lots of extras most other places don’t. Would be great for large gatherings and it has tons of space. We enjoyed playing billiards and it was great having the separation from the main area. We also really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The view is amazing and the house has lots of large windows to enjoy it. The house is also located really close to town so you get the best of both worlds. If you have mobility issues This house may be difficult to use. The spiral Staircase is narrow to get to the downstairs area and the yard outside is on an incline. If your car is low you will scrape coming in the driveway to the garage but once you get into the the garage the entry is great! 3 stairs down takes you to the main level through a convenient breezeway. It was nice to get away and have some family time. Thank you for making our stay great!

We throughly enjoyed our brief stay. Property was very clean, surroundings beautiful and peaceful. We had a great diiner at Fat Chef and really enjoyed the staff there. Overall our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend. Carolyn and Mike Jenkins

Beautiful Lake Home right on the water! The home and property were perfect and very clean. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck overlooking the lake every morning. We used the provided paddle board and kayaks on the calm water and had a blast! Jennifer was such a great host, and the home had everything and then some that we needed. Jennifer was an excellent host! Check-in was extremely easy and check-out was too. This place is a dream! My family and parents came up to visit our son at UARK, it was only a 30-40min drive to campus. I live in the TX Hill Country surrounded by lakes and rivers and wanted to stay on the lake for a more “homey” feel. The house, the location, the decor, my communication with Jennifer gave me the “home” feel I was looking for. I even took the paddleboard out and explored the lake. Absolutely beautiful!! The water was perfect. My 7yr old and my parents enjoyed swimming around in the cove. The sun sets over the lake and this place has an amazing view of it. Next time I’ll be booking for a couple extra days. Thank you Jennifer for sharing this wonderful place!
