The location is nice. There is a bus station close to the apartment and you can connect to city center. Grocery stores are 1km away (15 mins to walk and maybe 5mins to ride). Place is in very quiet district and it's a peaceful area.

Check in was too hard. There are no any signs about this apartment. Every building looks the same and it's difficult to find the entrance. Rooms are not soundproof, you can even hear a bag zip sound from the next room but this is usual in dutch houses

I liked how all the facility was well organized. The house was very clean and easy to access.

I wished that there were clear instruction for parking, and especially for bicycle. I rented a bicycle and I couldn’t find any places to park my OV-fiets, so I had to park and lock the bicycle on the lamp pole behind the house.

Lovely big kitchen and lounge with outside area. Really well equipped and very easy ti stay at. very clear information and helpful early check in was possible. Needed our bikes to get to Breda centre but an easy ride

Interesting neighbourhood

Very noisy. You can hear every step someone makes on the staircase, or when other guests are in the toilet. There is only one bathroom in 5/6 apartments! The room heating was off and it was very cold.

everything has enchanted me

You'll have the freedom to make use of any facilities in the house. The owner, i assume, was a great guy as well.

Although I had a bit of a problem with other guests cleanliness because we use the same bathroom/toilet, but I suppose you just have to be lucky in that case.

The house is very nice and the shared facilities are top notch quality. The room I stayed in (no. 2) was basic with a bed and some wardrobes, but taking into account the price and the shared facilities , I cannot complain. You can make a nice breakfast in the kitchen, the kick is that the supermarkets are 12 min away. You can always order some food to the house and 99.9% of the restaurants in the city will deliver to this address. You can cook basically anything provided you come with your own ingredients because you have all the tools you need at your disposition. There are 4 rooms in the house and you can hear basically everything through the walls. The main bathroom is really nice, having a bathtub and a shower. All the things you need for a shower are provided by the location (towels and soaps, gels and so on). I forgot to mention, bring some slippers. You will thank me later. The location of the house is not too bad, if you rent a bike, or if you have one you are in the center of the city in no time at all. You have a small yard in the back of the house, which you can use to store your bike safely. If you come by car you will find free parking at the location. You can watch you favorite series on Netflix in the living room.

The first day experience -- I got there on the 1st of January at 11AM after checking with the owner if I can check in early. He confirmed and when I got there I used the instructions provided to find the key of the house, but there wasn't any key there. I called the guy many times and finally he replied. He partied on the new years and forgot to put the key there. The room was not ready yet and we sat in the living room for a couple of hours to wait for the room to be ready. At 2PM we left and came back around 9PM. Still the room wasn't ready and we had to wait 30 min. The other thing was that some travelers got highly inebriated during one night and it was impossible to sleep.

The gentleman who operates the place gave us an amazing customer service. The other guests were really polite and everything was great. When we entered the room the sheets were not changed but we called the host and he came almost immediately and changed them. The bed was comfortable and the room was cosy. Overall it was a pleasent experience. I highly recommend the house. 9/10
