good location, walking distance from the beach. Spacious apartment, well equipped, nice spaces, some parts refurbished.

Parking was very important to us and there was a fair amount of communication and photos exchanges about that. The property was also listed with private parking available. Unfortunately, the ramp is not properly done and, once we got there, the owner himself quickly said that my car would not make it. I agree that maybe very large SUVs would make it, something that did not come up in our exchanges. However, even if one can make it through the ramp, any car (except for a Smart or similar car) would use some of the neighbor space, so basically not an option in any case. This meant having the leave the car outside at boiling temperatures. On top of that, we did struggle with parking from the 7th till the 16th of August. We asked the owner whether he could help us finding a private garage or parking spot for us but, after a very speedy search, apparently there was no chance. The parking problem spoiled the vacation to some extent and no real solution was offered to rectify the situation. Wifi connection via hotspot router was not good. The only good time was early morning. The owner gave us a different router which improved things a little but not enough to do basic things like watching prime or you tube videos, or having skype/zoom calls. The furniture and floor in the kitchen would benefit massively from some refurbishing! Many mornings, between 6am and 7am, we were woken up by barking dogs and very noisy motorcycles. If parking and wifi are not a priority, cheaper good alternatives are available in the area.
