This is a lovely, well appointed lake rental with lots of thoughtful and homey touches. The dock is Wonderful!! Our boat and towable fit with plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, towels soft, excellent AC and plenty of hot water for a large group. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the fenced in yards for games with the children. They were overgrown with knee high grass.

Everything was awesome right down to the coffee and snacks they had for us at check in. The property was great . The dock was a plus for the g kids . The host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely plan to stay again in the future .

What an absolutely gorgeous and quiet place to stay! We enjoyed a team retreat and were able to get a ton of work done while also recharging. We'll definitely be back!

this property easily offered a great experience and plenty of room for 15 adults and visiting grandchildren with foosball and basketball games to play. There are several areas to visit in including the large, enclosed deck and the boat ramp with an upstairs deck. An easy walk down to the lake with a private cove easily assessable to enjoy the lake. With a little creativity there is plenty of room to park several vehicles. We were only 10 minutes to additional family in Dawsonville and 20 minutes from Country Palms Wedding venue we attended. Jason was easy to work with and provided us all the information we needed and the privacy we enjoyed.

This was a great stay. Plenty of room, well stocked, seamless check in, gorgeous views, awesome dock, and a great time. We’ll do it again!!!

Amazing this place is absolutely beautiful

We’ve visited north Georgia multiple times in the past few years but this is the first time we stayed on Lake Lanier. This house had everything we needed, better stocked than any vacation home we’ve stayed in. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, games, and our favorite was by far the lake equipment. The weather went from 70’s to 30’s while we were there but we still got a ton of use of the paddle boards, kayak, and peddle boat. They were the highlight for both adults and kids (ages 7-11). The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Easy instructions and area info provided. This is a great area with tons of restaurants and shops nearby and we took a wonderful and easy day trip to Dahlonega for the winery and wildlife sanctuary and Amicalola for hiking. We hope to return!

The property is very nice and we enjoyed our time there. The bedding was comfy and there were so many rooms! We didn’t even end up using 2 of them. I hope that we can book again when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the lake. Thanks again!

I would recommend this property and Jason the owner, to anyone looking for a fun place to hang with your family. Plenty of activities and space, and Jason will do anything he can to make your stay worth it.

We enjoyed our long weekend at your beautiful lake house. So much room everyone was able spread out. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities especially the dock. The two fenced area came in handy with our dogs and the screen porch area was perfect to enjoy an early fall weekend. Jason was great to work with and we look foward to returning.

Our family and 2 others stayed her over Labor Day Weekend. Jason, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to any/all questions we had leading up to the weekend and when we were there. The house was perfect for our 3 families with kids ranging from 7 to 15. Amenties were great for the lake with kayak, paddle boat and paddle boards - kids (and adults) all had so much fun.

The property was kept very clean. That is super important to me. There was enough space to entertain our large group and it was even better we were able to take our dog with us. The owner, Jason, was super friendly and kept communication lines open. This part of the lake was quiet and not a lot of traffic. This was great because we were teaching a few kids how to ski and we did not have to worry about heavy boat traffic. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to house a large group.

Good location, party dock, deep water cove, screened in porch, nicely furnished, extra refrigerators...everything we needed.

The house was very well stocked and clean. Being older my problem was getting up the hill from the dock. Owners were very receptive and helpful with any questions we had

Our family group of 8 enjoyed a fabulous 5-day stay at this beautiful, spacious home on the lake. The hosts were also wonderful - responding to any questions we had regarding our stay. Highly recommend you get some Lake Time.

We loved the property! We stayed here in February as we were getting our floors refinished and needed a home away from home for a week. The lake view was beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the house so much, we may come next winter! It was a breathe of fresh air! (If ever for sale, let us know!)

This property is well mainly, clean, and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room in the house! The property managers were great to work with!

What a beautiful home with beautiful views. The owner was so nice offering to put up Christmas decorations before ee got there. What a special touch. Our family truly did enjoy this spacious cozy home. Thank you for the memories made this Christmas.

We had no problem finding the house and it was exactly as listed. Comfortable and well stocked. We had only1 small issue and it was resolved immediately by the owner. A new coffee pot would be my only suggestion. Otherwise an A+

We LOVED our stay, and the property owners/managers were so considerate and accommodating. Everyone was very happy, even with all the age groups we had. We brought our own pack and play for our infant but were delighted to see the extra one at the house and the high chair. The basketball hoops got plenty of use, and we loved the paddle boat and all the TVs. The eat in kitchen and screened in porches were the comfy focal points of our trip because it was still hot out. Would love to visit again in Georgia’s mild late Fall or Winter and use the fire pit. Feels isolated but super convenient to shopping. Loved it!

This is a great rental that is very well thought out. Everything we needed was available. Inside and outside there are things to do for everyone in the family. Games, seating areas, covered, uncovered, screened in, it all adds up to a great place for family and friends to enjoy the lake and each other.

We booked this lake house for a long weekend with extended family members. Our group size fluctuated throughout our stay, depending on when people could come and leave. The ages ranged from nine months to 83 years, and everyone enjoyed this house! It had everything we needed for relaxed conversations on the screened in back porch, grilling on the gas grill, watching movies in comfort in the den, basketball arcade competition upstairs, foosball tournaments, and a terrific 2-level dock, where we docked our rented pontoon boat and did a little fishing. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances And everything else you need to prepare big family meals. Multiple refrigerators enable you to handle large gatherings with ease. The beds are comfortable in every bedroom we used. (We did not use the bunkbeds, and I think they would have been too small for anyone other than a young child.) To be fair, the owner contacted me and provided this information right after I booked the rental. I have no complaint. The A/C units (1 for downstairs, 1 for upstairs) with separate digital thermostats work great and should be able to keep anyone happy. The location is very good. The house sits at the end of the winding road with good, quiet neighbors. Parking was ample for our 5 cars. The walk from the house down to the dock is not too bad, and we spotted eight deer during our weekend there. The most exciting moment was on our last night when a doe and two tiny fawns entered the backyard and hung around long enough for us to watch them in awe. Communication with the owners, who live nearby, was excellent and nearly instantaneous. Based on their responsiveness I have the impression that if anything had gone wrong, they would have taken care of it right away. Overall, a delightful rental house on Lake Lanier!

Very nice home. I bit on the smaller size for the number of bedrooms, however all was great, super clean and fantastic dock. The owners are super attentive and respond to any inquires with minutes. We highly recommend this home for family vacations.

Wow!!! We have been going to Lake Lanier as a family for several years now and this is by far the best house and hostess ever ( yes, I said ever)! (And not just at Lake Lanier!!) The bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our family and the layout made the home seem even bigger than it is! The hostess was more than accommodating to our little ones! When we go back it will be to this house! Trust me….. book it and you can thank me later :)

We had 4 generations ranging in age from 6-72. From the moment you walk in the house you can tell the owners have taken the time to add the small personal touches. There were well marked light switches, signs to communicate how to work t.v.s and such, and what the check out process is. We were on the screen porch evey morning and evening and on the dock and lake all day. We had family from NJ fly in to Atlanta me meet us there and it was a perfect family reunion. We look forward to many more trips back to the house!

We had a fabulous time in the water swimming and fishing. We spent most of our time on the dock or the back porch. Such a nice way to spend time together with people from the age of 6- 72

Awesome property steps from the lake! The house was spacious, the property owners were accommodating, and the location was outstanding!

Families from Florida and Arizona enjoyed the house, lake and environment. Main floor, dock, covered deck and lake access made it easy for everyone to interact when they wanted and disperse when they wanted. Really appreciate host making space for the boat. Great end of lake Lanier- was never crowded; perfect for water sports.

We had 3 generations of family together at the house & it was perfect! We rented the boat and went tubing, had sunset cruises & taught the kids to knee board. The owner couldn’t be nicer. We would love to go back!
