Location was perfect, a room with view to the boats. Walking distance to all the things around, salt plains, old town, new town, supermarkets parking etc The appartments are really nice, modern and new. Christel helpt us so much with everything, she gets a 10+ We loved the good kitchen with all machines, including a good bigbfridge and freezer and off course the washing machine.

The airco was not working. Also second day after the mechanic had a look at it. Fortunately it was cold in the evenings, so it was not a super problem. However we select pöaces based on AC so it should have worked. The two beds of the kids were in an area of the appartment without windows, so airco should have worked or we would be on trouble. The coffeemachine shortcircuited a few times. The hairdryer was not connected, so did not work. We definitly missed a drying rack, for the wet clothes, the dry function is good, but not all can go in the dryer and two washes take a long time like this.

Great location. Friendly and helpful host. Clean and comfortable. Great recommendations for store and restaurant. Restaurant below it was wonderful Italian food.

Everything’s great, nothing was a negative

The apartment was perfectly located near the canal. It was clean and had a fridge. They also clean it each day like a hotel which was nice but unexpected.

They have a washing machine but no soap or drying rack. I needed to wash but there was no little store close by. Also, the wifi does not work well and kept going out.

On arrival to Maraveiro House we were met by the lovely Crystal. She was friendly & showed us around the apartment. Every little thing is taken care of, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash & moisturiser for our personal use. The bed was firm but comfortable, the pillows were the best. Towels were changed daily & were lovely and soft. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine & clothes dryer which is a wonderful addition when traveling. The dishwasher, aircon all came in good use. If you are heading to Aveiro I can hand on heart recommend a stay here.

Beautiful new apartment in great location. Very spacious studio and large bathroom. Lovely modern furnishings. I’d stay here again for a night and would recommend to others.

It has been thoughtfully refurbished and includes washing machine and dishwasher - but no dishwasher tablet or washing powder. Not the end of the world but would make a difference. No hanging space or drawers which didn’t make a difference to us as we weee there for one night but would be annoying for longer. Coffee machine but no kettle . Bed was pretty hard. Again, ok for one night but maybe not longer.

Super location. Right on the canal. Great views and lots of cafes, restaurants around. Please notez that the address mentioned on the site is not exact. You need to come to the next building which is right next to Telepizza. Facilities look new and shiny. So everything works just fine. Washing machine. Microwave, coffee machine etc. Super efficient Crystal just a call away should you need anything. We didn't, but she was. Could leave our bags after check out at no charge.

Best possible location - we also found a free parking spot nearby. could not be more central, quiet, incredibly well equipped. Just fantastic, amazing value really. Aveiro is just top notch, and this accommodation made it even better.

I loved it immediately! I was greeted and welcomed by the host Cristel, who took the time to show me around and provide info for the area. The Maraveiro House is a gem right in the heart of this beautiful city.

Perfect! Best localization near to the canal, moliseiros boats, restaurantes, mall (Forum), transport (train station 12min walking). Quite new/rebuilt, spacy, clean, coffee, laundry and dish machines, good internet, good view, soft pillows and amasing shower and bed! I fully recommend it!
