After our visit we were accused of damaging the property (pulling out a bathroom lock and re-gluing it) and, at that point, our Damage Deposit was fully withheld. I explained that it was nothing to do with us but we were kept in the dark and no deposit was returned. I had to involve Booking.com to insist the owner returned our money

Everything except the weather!! Superb accommodation very comfortable and homely. Great location for everything Ilkley has to offer.

Flat description matches mostly the booking site. Great communication from the owners and key exactly where it was meant to be. Kitchen, front room and bathroom – really nice. Not strange smells, coffee and tea available plus milk in fridge. Parking space could have been a bit better marked but once found easy to find again. Bedding clean and enough toilet rolls in the batch room. Main bedroom great – not huge double bed but adequate Second bedroom two single beds – fine no issues. Third bed turned out to be fold down bed more suitable for young child and not adult.

I clearly stated we were arriving with 5, and the flat is clearly advertised for 5 but the 5th bed turned out to be a fold out bed, not even made up but still in the cupboard. The bed is probably ok for a small light weight child but for a fully grown adult/teenager the floor could be felt when lying on it. Luckily we were only there for two nights. Bedrooms are on the road side of the property and while windows are double glazed there was bit of road noise from outside.
