The location is convenient to the airport .The neighborhood is nice .They offer a free nights stay if you leave a 10 star review. It was nice to have the backyard for the kids .

There was no air-conditioning in the bedrooms we stayed in. We had a couple fans. Dirty carpet throughout the basement suits. The dishes are washed by guests and there's a dirty moldy sponge to clean with. Broken glass sugar dish for sugar . Breakfast was inedible there isn't a cooked breakfast as advertised. We were offered a free night if we offered a positive review but feel this would be dishonest to other guests planning to stay. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review ever but feel if you want positive reviews maybe upgrade your accommodation. The cupboards are filthy .I did take photos as well. Possibly the upstairs is nicer but that wasn't an option we also were limited to where we could stay as there weren't a lot of places that could accommodate our group.

Quiet neighbourhood and close walk to a few stores.

Clean and excellent room. Great location ear restaurants, A special shout out to Ms. Anita, she is a great host. wonderful and fun loving person and goes to great extents to make your stay pleasant and homily. I had a great stay and will definitely recommend Anita's Bed And Breakfast and her home made fruit filled waffles to all who come new to Abbotsford, B.C. Anita and her Team, keep it up guys you are doing an excellent job. Love you guys.

One of the very best stop over. we enjoyed our stay, nice bedroom downstairs. and Anita is very accommodating. Breakfast was great and we had a nice chat with everyone.Very beautiful home and the plants are amazing

Anita is an amazing host. We were 2 seniors and had booked a room downstairs with 2 beds , the first thing Anita did was switched the bedroom to upstairs with 2 queen beds and own private washroom. We had to leave at 7am so we hired their B&B Car to go to the airport. and Anita woke up at 6.30 and prepared the eggs and waffles . she had a lot of other menu at that time , bread / croissant/ cereals cakes. and her green tea was just perfect. The bed and bedroom both was so comfortable. its very clean and a lot of house plants in her big windows Thanks to her husband who gave us a ride to the airport and helped us with our suitcase .

We booked on the last minute around 10.30pm , and instantly got a confirmation phone call from Anita. We checked n after midnight , and she welcomed us. It was a bedroom with 2 beds that we booked . The bedroom was very pretty and well decorated. The breakfast was very wonderful. Overall a very good and comfortable stay

I had the most pleasant stay. Nice big bedroom with 2 beds . I had an excellent sleep. The home and bedroom are very well kept and clean. Different breakfast on different days . Thank you for everything

It didn't smell clean and the bathroom was a little dirty and didn't have a shower in it The bed wasn't that comfortable and there was no pillow protector on one of the pillows It was hot and only had a little fan No side table with a lamp
