The property manager sent clear information and responded quickly for my only question while there. The location is so convenient and the space was very functional. There was a step stool for kids who need help reaching sinks, extra blankets, extra fans and great supply of essentials! We will hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit at Basecamp. The place was super clean, and the host was very responsive. The kitchen also has everything you could possibly need, the beds were comfortable, and the location is at the heart of Granby Ranch.

I only have good things to say about this condo! First of all the location at the base of the mountain couldn’t be better! With the thermostat set at 70 it was nice and warm. Hot water no issues whatsoever. Very cozy. Very comfortable. I would definitely try to get this space again. Matthew, the host, was just awesome. Hope to be back next year! Big thanks And very appreciative.!

Super convenient...ski in ski out is the only way to go! 1st floor was a huge bonus! Room was super spacious and comfy...except 1 chair was like sitting on a 2x4 lol. Other than that it was awesome

We will definitely put this on our list of properties to rent from again. Very clean, the kitchen items were nice and you can’t get closer to the slopes.

First floor easy access to chair lift and restaurant. Beds are very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in condo kitchen. Large bathtub for a soak after skiing.

We LOVED this place! The Granby Ranch is such a fun place with the perfect ski in/ ski out access we needed. The unit was well furnished, super clean, and perfect for our needs! There is even a crockpot! Conveniently located near a well stocked grocery store, so we ate in almost every night! The host was phenomenal and communicated with us the entire time. Pro tip: the Bluebird Bistro is for sure worth checking out. Service was great and food was delicious!

Base Camp One is one of my favorite places to stay in Granby Ranch. It is well maintained, clean, and has a great location.

Thoughtful touches from the owners made our stay wonderful. We were disappointed the pool was being renovated during our visit, but we still had fun!

This place is just amazing!
The property was very nice and we both enjoyed our time at Base Camp One. The property owner was quick to respond when we did reach out.
The location is excellent if you are spending any time at RMNP. There is a grocery store across the street the entrance that is really convenient to get in and out of when you need to shop.
We would both highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Granby area.
The only thing I would point out is the view from the back porch is slightly obstructed.

This is our second time staying at Basecamp and once again our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded!
From my first inquiry to my last minute questions about check out, Matt was incredibly responsive and I mean within seconds of me sending the message!
The condo was clean and will kept and a great location on ground floor.
This trip was just with my younger son (15) and myself so we had more then enough room. Planning a trip to Granby in winter or Summer, there is no better place to stay that puts you right in the middle of everything.

The condo was a great place for our young family to learn to ski. You can't get a better set up. The condo was perfect and clean and had everything we needed and expected to have. Thanks for the great experience.

The room met our needs perfectly! Despite a small hiccup during the checkin process, mostly due to bad cell service, our stay exceeded our expectations. The property had all you could ask for, including WiFi once in the condo. Loved the underground parking, it made unloading/loading your car so much easier. We definitely come back!

The condo was VERY clean and wonderful! The location could not be better…steps from the ski lifts. The owner was very accommodating and easy to correspond with and helped us add an additional day to our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

GREAT Ski in / Ski out experience. Incredibly convenient to take breaks and then get right back to skiing. This unit is literally a few steps from the main lift. Highly Recommend!!!
