location of breakfast was great, service was horrible, and the waiter would not come to our table unless we requested it. They had no coffee, we had to wait 10 minutes just to get a refill.

Our room was on the second floor It was right next to the street below We were up all-night listening to the cars and horns. Our ac kept turning off and room was very warm. this was totally not worth the price. Four Seasons was much better. Not sure why American Express listed this as one of their Fine Resorts. Last, we were placed in a handicapped room that we did not request nor did the front desk tell us at check in.

This is a beautiful hotel well situated close to down on the lake.

Sadly, our room was really noisy. The room was on the side of the Lamar Avenue side of the hotel, which is a very busy street.

Lunch and Dinner were excellent!

I recommend a house vehicle for local transport to restaurants and close venues within a few miles of the hotel. It would be a classy amenity for a hotel at this price category.

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, actually very dog friendly,bed very comfortable, walk-in shower was spacious and well designed, loved the motorized window shade on the window wall (dog did too)

only valet parking for extra fee, no breakfast included, in room coffee makers do not work well and arent very good, no good spaces immediatley outside hotel to let your dog potty (great spaces across street), there needed to be more for the price at least free drip coffee for guests in the morning?

Bed was comfortable, good view and great location for access to Colorado river walking trail.

Valet (not included in price) is the only way to park your car at the hotel. Ice for room is not accessible to guests directly, it must be ordered from the kitchen. The shower linear drain was partially clogged, water pooled in shower. The in-room smoke detector has a bright flashing light every couple minutes, very visible at night when trying to sleep. Rooftop pool is very small, always crowded, and can only fit maybe 8 people comfortably.

Loved the cleanliness and staff were great. Juan was awesome! I loved how close we were to events and eateries.

There was a flashing light in my room and bathroom all night. My wife slept through it, so I didn't ask to move rooms. But it was very hard to sleep with that.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the bellman Jordan.
