This house was super clean and very well stocked with necessities to make a week away relaxing and enjoyable. The location is close to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel, local grocery stores and my favorite store - Target. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood where your kids can safely go for walks. The pool was a great size for our family of 7 and the house provided floats, some toys and hours of entertainment. The bathrooms were large and we had ample towels, wash cloths and other necessities. The garage has sand toys, a cooler and chairs for the beach. I highly highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to return in the future to enjoy the beautiful property.

We had a great stay with three kids and 4 adults. We had a small snag and noticed our bed frame was broken. We called our host to let them know not expecting someone to come the same day for a repair! We will definitely be coming back!

The property worked very well for eight of us, 3 couples and two single women. Two first floor bedrooms, one ensuite and one with a half bath adjacent. The second floor had three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twins. There was one full bath on the second floor to be shared. The pool is rectangle, which made for good lap swimming or walking. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped which we appreciated as we did a lot of our own cooking, then dining poolside with a table comfortable for 8 and easily worked with two additional dinner guests, 10 around the table. The property agent was a very good communicator and responsive whenever we contacted her. We found some very good restaurants nearby and especially enjoyed the Edison Museum - his winter home for many years and the next door winter home of Henry Ford. Fascinating history. So, an excellent place for a relaxing vacation in good warm to hot weather,

Great house for large family, lots of room . Close to all amenities and any attractions.

This was the perfect place for our extended family holiday home base. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and heated - much appreciated as we were there during a cooler weekend. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and my two siblings and their partners to hang out together and in smaller groups.

Everything about renting this home was smooth. Great pool and enough room for a large family to stay.
