We just got done with 3 night stay with this beautiful cabin! The owners are super sweet, checked in with us a couple of times to make sure things were like they should be and quickly replied to a few questions I had. We had 11 people in this cabin and 4 of those were children. We were all comfortable, they had a nice playground for the kids to play on, cornhole, lots of game options and the hot tub was perfect! We highly recommend this cabin!!

House was exactly as we saw on line. 3 friends so each had own bedroom and bathroom. Patio wonderful with tv and hot tub. Everything we wanted for a short getaway!

We really enjoyed our time in this cabin. It was perfect for my two small boys and I, and my sister who came to join us for part of the time. The owners were very responsive with helping fix stuff.

This was our first trip to the area and Simply BE. was an awesome home base for our stay. The home was clean, well-appointed, and great for kids. I also appreciated the frequent communication from the hosts, which made me feel comfortable about our stay.

This cabin was very clean and organized. The hosts are friendly and attentive. We felt safe and everyone had a great time. The kids loved the backyard playground and the hot tub was amazing after going on long hikes. The setup of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is great!! Loved that I could travel with my kids, spouse and parents and we all got our own room and bathroom. We would stay here again for sure!

My sister and I stayed at this cabin for 4 days to visit my sister's grandchildren who live in the area. This was perfect!! Both of us older women felt completely safe! Coming in at night after dark for most nights, we loved that the backyard has a ton of overhead decorative lighting which made it so easy to recognize! Inside was clean, so pretty and had everything we needed! You will love staying here! Owners are super responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This cabin was perfect for us! It is a beautiful, newly built cabin, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was available at the house, even a surprise full size Belgian waffle maker which was a hit with the kids! Backyard was great with the firepit, cornhole, hot tub, and swingset for the little ones. Plenty of space in the backyard to kick the soccer ball, throw the football, or even play some volleyball! Highly recommend this cabin in a great location for all things Broken Bow/Hochatown.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Our kids had so much fun in the hot tub and playing horse shoes, cornhole and Jenga that was all provided by the cabin host. They also had a large variety of board games! I was most impressed with communication and friendliness of the host. There were multiple times before our stay I needed to ask questions and even a couple times during and they were very fast with response and helped with everything I needed. Will definitely stay again!

A perfect Thanksgiving week was enjoyed by our family at SimplyBe. The cabin is well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. The back porch, hot tub, playground equipment, fire pit and adirondeck chairs made for great gathering and story telling. Our furbabies enjoyed the large back yard.SimplyBe is the perfect size (4 adults, 2 children and furbabies). The owners were always available and reached out to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Can’t get to much better than this. The location is perfect for a trip into town and also for peace and quiet. Lots of area for long walks with the furbabies & kiddos.

We stayed at Simply Be with our 2 toddlers and several adults and everyone had a blast! It was clean, easy access from the main road, and beautifully decorated and maintained. The owners were very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. Our kids especially loved playing with the toys in the bunk room and the adults loved the board games and movie selection. The kitchen had everything we could need, and the back deck was a beautiful place to enjoy our meals! Can’t say enough good things, this cabin was perfect and we highly recommend it!

We were in Broken Bow for our niece’s wedding, and four of us stayed at SimplyBe cabin. The location was great and the cabin is very quiet and comfortable and owners are very accessible and easy to work with all though we had absolutely no problems.
There is one thing that we did not care for that made sitting on the sofa uncomfortable and that was the low sofa back. There was no leaning your upper body back and relaxing on that sofa which also made your neck hurt if watching tv; however, the 2 chairs in the living room are comfortable recliners! Other than that, the cabin was great!

Property was clean and accurately represented in pictures. Dirt road to the property not horrible, but could be tricky with trailer but for our mini van it was just fine. Great location neat Hochatown and Broken Bow. Owners were very accommodating and I did have to reach out regarding a concern, and they answered quickly, were very helpful, and made us feel at ease. Cabin very clean and kitchen was equipped which helped us save money on food prepared there. Hot tub was great, grill worked well, and my littlest two loved the play ground in the back yard. We would definitely book again.

The cabin was exactly like the pictures. It was perfect and had everything we needed for a long quiet weekend. I have been to Broken Bow several times and this is by far my favorite cabin. We will be back!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We have 2 small children and the backyard was the best we have stayed at in the beavers bend area. Tons of activities and the toys/games supplied were a great addition. Extra fans for each room were amazing! I could go on and on about the attention to detail the hosts provided. We will definitely be back to this amazing cabin! Thank you so much for giving our family a wonderful vacation!

This was our first time at Broken Bow and we had a great experience. The cabin was super cute and very clean. The patio/backyard space is great. The kids had a lot of fun running around/exploring and playing on the play set. The owners are very friendly and genuinely want their guests to have a comfortable stay. The only recommendation I have for the owners is installing more exterior lightening out front if possible. But we absolutely loved staying here. We highly recommend this cabin and we are definitely coming back next year!

SimplyBeCabin is a wonderful CLEAN place to stay. It is roomy with comfortable beds, inviting family room area and plenty of room at the table for a large family to enjoy meals. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I would recommend staying in cooler temps to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and games you can play in the backyard. Hot tub a plus. The owner is very responsive to address any needs you may have.

The Simply BE Cabin was all anyone could ask for. The cabin was immaculate with everything you could need to enjoy your time. You will feel right at home. The owners pull out all the stops to ensure you have a fabulous time and feel right at home. We spent three nights here and will definitely be back. Bring your family to enjoy a cabin in the woods with a hot tub, corn hole, board games, fire pit, swing set, indoor and outdoor fire place. You will certainly enjoy every minute at the Simply Be Cabin, you won't want to leave. Rick & Sabrina, thank you for sharing your family cabin with others. It is clear that you put your heart and soul into your cabin and the memories we created during out stay will be with us forever.

Super cozy, Jacuzzi was a huge plus. Kitchen is fully equipped. We cooked like we were at home. Lots of stuff to do. Owners were very responsive regardless of time of the day. Highly recommend.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Love the details of the cabin. It had plenty of space for my family. Great backyard and hot tube. The manual left on the entry table is very helpful. The owners responds immediately to any issue that I had. Great cabin and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay again.

The house is very nice and clean. Perfect location. Had everything and more in the kitchen and outdoor activities. Only concern is the dirt road (longer road then we thought) to access the neighborhood. the neighborhood road was not bad even though it was dirt. If we did not have a boat with us it would of been fine but glad we had a full cover to put on otherwise u would have a boat full of dirt. But it worked out and had a blast. Owners have great communication. Would stay here again just without the boat. 😃
