Clean property.

Bed is too soft as we prefer firmer bed.

I did not consume breakfast as I am rushing travelling to Alor Setar

All is good just that the security outside the lobby is not so helping.

1) Location (Bayan Lepas area), 2) Spacious room, comfy bed and pillow (twin beds), 3) Nice bathroom, shower with strong pressure

Clean, good location very near event that we were attending. Hotel has a beautiful view & ambience. Friendly staff “Khai” thank you for the smooth check in. Attending to all our queries for location for good food. Recommendation for delicious food to go for in Penang.Kudos!!

Water heater take a longer time to change from cold to warm temperature.

Staff are welcoming at the lobby and upon checking-In staff at the Front counter was pleasant and giving good information about the surroundings. Room Service staff was also good. The bed was so comfortable and feel so cozy. The Lobby ambient was good.

The car parking was a bit quiet and upon reaching the lobby (outside along the roadside) the directions is so poor and bit confusing. No security to guide or show the directions. There is no Concierge or security standby at car park area and it is actually dangerous if a single person at the carpark, there should be a security officer standby to assist or help the guests. This part the Management or Chief Security should Look Into seriously. In addition I ordered room service and the Food is a bit pricy and the taste is just so/so. Fish & Chips and Chicken soup. (you can get better F&C at normal café or even Better) Chef should have random taste and check on this, No Quality check. Not worth paying the price.

New hotel , so everything still new. Near nasi kandar :-). Only spend 1 nite and it's for work . So did not manage to try out the facilities

Generally very pleased with the service we received. Front office staff were very friendly, especially Mr Sheik who chatted with us whenever he was on duty. Concierge staff were great too. Basil even helped purchase medication for me when I was taken ill one night. Many many thanks.

No Netflix or YouTube app installed on the Smart TV in the room.
