From last minute booking up to checking out, everything was so easy and the house was gorgeous! We really needed a getaway and this house provided it in spades! The salt water pool and spa is amazing, and the beachfront views are sublime! Many a sunrise was photographed. We had kayaks and a paddle board delivered to the house, and enjoyed endless hours on the water. We even saw a fever of stingrays and horseshoe crabs! The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Loved cooking and grilling, this house has all of the amenities. We did so much while we were there and ate at all of the great restaurants! Everything is close by like Publix, Robbies, Islamorada Fish Company, Pierre’s, the Green Turtle Inn (fantastic for Sunday brunch & breakfast selections) and so much more. We took the kids to the Aquarium (a surprising treat) and even spent a day of eating, drinking and shopping in Key West. There was plenty of room for our family of five and we will definitely be back! Jim is amazing and makes sure you are settled in and is just a text or phone call away if you have any questions. I highly recommend this well appointed home for your next vacation.

Our family (ranging from grandparents to infants) loved staying here. The home is beautiful, the view of the sunrise is stunning, and the pool was the perfect place to play. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding just off the beach. The location was central to so many activities. And to top it off, the property owner was a delight to work with!

This was our first trip tot the Keys, and this was everything we hoped for in a house & location for our adult family and more! Jim & Linda were AMAZING from the beginning - excellent communication and helpfulness. And we can t say enough good things about the house - clean, organized, well stocked, comfy, great pool, and ocean front lounging. We snorkeled off the quiet beach and were in a quiet area close enough to restaurants and activities. We can’t wait to rent this house from Jim again!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week and let me start off with saying thank you to Jim and his wife for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home In islamoralda. The property was the perfect size for my family, my sisters family, brother, and my parents. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived, but what caught our eye right away was the spectacular view of the pool, spa and the ocean. To say we were outside all day would be an understatement. Every minute of beautiful Florida sun there was, we were outside enjoy the amenities of the property. Kitchen: The kitchen was large and had all the necessities we needed to cook for all the family we had. Most of the appliances were newer and everything was labeled very well. The dining room was next to the kitchen, and was large. We could fit our whole family at the table for breakfast lunch and dinner. We were even able to spend a couple of nights all around the table playing games. Bedrooms:Every family had their own room. All the rooms were good size and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Again, everything is labeled, which makes everything very recognizable. Three of the four bedrooms had balconies, which 2 were accessible (one was blocked for safety reasons being on the third floor). One bedroom was seaside and one was road side, but no matter which deck you were on, you experienced great views, relaxation and tranquility. Pool/spa: salt water pool and spa. Again, we spent A LOT of time in here. The pool isn’t very deep ( deepest part before spa is probably 5 ish to 5 foot 5 inches. Around the spa, is a perfect place for small kids to play around, splash and play with toys and this is what my 2 year old and my nephew did all week. The spa is very nice. We had a small issue figuring out how to get it to work, but Jim was quick to respond and help us understand how it operated. The spa also has a waterfall edge that flows into the pool, so my one complaint for the spa would be we had to add water to the spa a couple of times, which is no issues for us. Beachfront: right after the pool and spa is the beach that goes down to the ocean. Good amount of beach for kids, and adults to play and enjoy. There are two chairs on the beach which is the perfect spot for sunrises and sunsets. A lot of time with coffee and beer was enjoyed here. Here’s my complaint. Very Rocky and a lot of seaweed. Would like to see this addressed for next time. LOVED THIS PROPERTY.Will be back

Our family of 8 from Minnesota just checked out after a wonderful 7 day vacation here. The location is PERFECT. Close to Robbie’s to feed the tarpon, close to island restaurants, and within 10 miles of all the souvenir shopping you can dream of! The view from the home is amazing. Ocean views, beautiful well manicured landscaping, everything you dream of for an island getaway! We loved the beautiful, well designed pool and hot tub. Being from Minnesota, we thoroughly enjoyed the grill and outdoor poolside chairs- plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the Florida sun! The house has plenty of room inside to relax and refresh at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances including a keurig, toaster, regular coffee maker, blender, microwave, and utensils and dishes. Everything you could need! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!!

Our family stayed 2weeks , and loved it .waking up to a beautiful sunrise and view of the water just doesn’t get any better 😁. The family enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking almost everyday. This was a true getaway to relaxe. Thank you Jim for all your help making our stay wonderful !

Our family of 8 had an amazing Christmas vacation at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, well stocked and perfectly located. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily. The sunrises were gorgeous. We would return without a doubt!

Very spacious & comfortable home, Was very blessed to have found this gem! Kitchen was fully stocked and had enough room for multiple people to work in there at one time. Even with hurricane Eta threatening (but never hit our area directly) we were safe. The pool & hot tub was a huge hit with our group of 8. We visited Key West one day & was able to get there in about an hour. Plenty of good seafood restaurants to visit locally. Definitely worth going again!!!

Our family of six loved staying at this house for our visit to the Keys. The pool and beach were such a nice treat. The house is very comfortable and Jim is an excellent host. Very private location and easy to get to all the different places to visit throughout the Keys.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (great photo ops!), watching the sunrises, late night swims, and the location was perfect! Jim was the best host and answered all of our questions! We enjoyed learning about the area from the pool crew who could not have been nicer. We have stayed at many locations in Islamorada and this one was our favorites! We will definitely be back!

My family (6 of us representing 3 generations) spent a week at Paradise Beach and we really did not want to leave. My two young grandchildren, son and two dau- in- laws felt the same. Everyone had a private space to retreat to within this beautiful home, which was important to us. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was larger than shown and quite immaculate, we felt safe and right at home. The views are heavenly and the pool area was well used, for sure. We even played badminton on the beach one night ! Jim, the owner, could not have been nicer and Joanne, the property manager - very accessible and helpful. The location is wonderful for easy access to all the Florida keys. I would return in a heartbeat. It fit exactly as the bucket list vacation I had imagined for us all. If you are questioning booking a stay here - don’t hesitate - it’s perfection.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation and it was absolute perfection! We wanted for nothing; anything we needed was provided. Our grandkids spent many hours in the beautiful pool, fished off the shoreline (as well as on some nice neighbor’s dock), snorkeled, chased lizards around the yard, and overall everyone had a very fun and relaxing week! The central location of the house was perfect for exploring the Keys as well. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Vacation property! The property was everything and more that you see in the pictures. Plenty of room for my wife and I, our two teenage children and my parents. Everything was exceptionally clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and silverware along with essential cooking items. The views from the backyard were gorgeous and the pool is amazing. Jim checked in on us when we arrived and you could tell when he said to contact him with any issues he really meant it. Through the whole rental process he was so friendly and easy to deal with. The only negative is something that was completely out of anyone’s control. There is a large amount of seaweed that is all over the entire Florida area. That only made the beautiful pool more valuable to have. Would definitely rent with Jim again.
