The unit was in great condition and very clean. Everything needed for cooking was available in the kitchen. It is a beautiful condo annd area. The nearby pool and the beach club provided hours of fun with our granddaughter.

The Villa was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with anything you needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and St James Plantation has beautiful homes and grounds. We loved the pool which is where we were all 3 days. The host Daryl was easy to reach and answered all our questions very promptly. We hope to make this an annual trip and hope to stay at this villa again. Southport is a beautiful town and we enjoyed visiting. Thank you for making this trip so memorable!

St James is a beautiful gated community where this condo is located. The condo was very nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable which was important to us since we have back issues. The pool is extremely convenient as well. The screened in porch looked out into some woods and at night the

This condo was great for our family. We used the pool in the neighborhood and had dinner at the marina in St. James. We cooked breakfast each day, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The pool for St. James at the beach on Oak Island is currently closed for construction, but the bathrooms there are still accessible.

We've stayed in lots of places, but this one tops them all. Everything in the condo is sparkling and welcoming, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful linens for bed and bath. We enjoyed taking morning walks through the beautiful neighborhood and spent hours on the screened porch watching bluebirds visit their nest. Southport is a charming small town without the frantic or crowded spaces typical of other resort towns. Every restaurant we tried had great service and food. Nearby Holden Beach is worth a visit---unspoiled beach that stretches forever. Perhaps the best part of our stay was how very, very quiet the condo and neighborhood are. Daryl is an excellent host!

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom condo in a beautiful 5000 acre golf community. Available beach club only 10 minutes away. Enjoyed the nice eateries in Southport, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere of southern living in NC.

We went to a wedding on St James property. The location for this condo was perfect and centrally located in the neighborhood.
Condo was clean and everything was ready for our arrival. The AC works great. The pool across the parking lot was perfect for the hot weekend. We were the only people there for an hour or so each day. Very quiet condo. We would book it again for a long weekend trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. I was very familiar with St James as my parents used to live there. The pool at the condo was great! We LOVED the beach club pool and beach. Oak island and Provisions especially. The condo was so pretty. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect. Daryl was very quick in answering any questions. I can’t recommend this condo enough. We’d love to go back

The condo is nicely appointed and comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is you are 15-20 mins from the beach, Southport and most restaurants. Otherwise, we recommend!

Loved the safety, cleanliness, and modern villa. The screened in balcony was so nice for morning coffee and evening reading. It took us a couple days to figure out the access to the beach through use of the offsite St. James clubhouse. But now that we know, we plan to return. Not crowded at all. I definitely recommend this property.

The Villa we walked into was beyond what I had imagined. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean & has the comforts of home with all the amenities. Quiet neighborhood, Peaceful Beaches & friendly people. The owner is kind, attentive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to booking again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The living room furnishings were very comfortable and their placement in the room was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and YouTube! Towels and bath linens were pristine and smelled nice and fresh, as were bed linens, which was so welcome after a long drive across NC. The master bed was more comfortable than my own at home, and provided for deep rest! Beautiful and safe neighborhood!

Stayed at St James to experience the neighborhood, I’m considering relocating there. This villa was beautifully appointed and comfortable for my grown children and me. Daryl is a great and responsive host. We love this area on NC!

We had the most relaxing week ever! The condo is lovely…comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, everything we needed to feel at home. There was even a pot for my husband’s grits…which he has to have almost every morning, and a pot large enough for our steam pot, which we enjoyed on the screened in porch. And Daryl was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Accommodations were wonderful, but the amenities were lacking. No cable TV, so we were unable to watch any New Years festivities on TV or any Bowl games. The Amazon Firestick is okay, but it would have been nice to enjoy other shows. Kitchen lacking in spices, etc. I was unable to cook any of our traditional New Years food, since the property did not list a lack of cooking essentials. I have never been in a property that was so bare bones. Definitely not a place for a family weeklong vacation if you plan to cook often and spend most of your time at the property.

This condo was perfect for overflow housing while visiting family who live in St. James. It’s modern, clean, and well-appointed. I wish we’d been there in warmer weather so that we could’ve taken advantage of the outdoor balcony!

The property is just as expected from the description and pictures. The condo was very clean and surrounding area quiet. Decor was very nice & updated as well! Plenty of space for our family of 4 adults. It was an easy place for us to stay while visiting family friends living nearby in St James while still having our own separate place to unwind and sleep. The owner Daryl was also very helpful with any questions I had in advance about getting to the property.

the room was very nice, location was not what i expected, it is a long drive after getting into the gated community at 20 mph it took 8 to 10 minutes to get to room.

Daryl was very responsive and helpful, and the unit is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Located in a quiet and peaceful building that is just a minute’s walk to a pool, this rental is very convenient to several beaches, grocery stores and downtown Southport. Our family of 6 had plenty of space with the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, sizable screened porch, large bedrooms and a full laundry room. In addition, the St. James community has designated paths that are great for walking or jogging. We would rent this unit again, and highly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean, beds comfy & towels fluffy! Communication with owner was easy & very quick response. No problems at all, just questions about pool & check out. TIP: bring pool towels. Towels provided are for the house. No towels at the pool. Also, make sure to have access code for pool at the beach. We really enjoyed having pool right across parking lot & another at the beach. The gated community was safe & easy to check in & check out. We highly recommend this place!

We have been coming to oak island for as long as I can remember. This was our first time using VRBO and staying at this property! It exceeded our expectations. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, completely stocked and located in a perfect spot, close to the beach and the little town of south port that we love. Would recommend to anyone.
