When I was looking for a vacation rental, I happened to just stumble upon this home and I'm glad I did. The outside pool area is awesome. The house is in a good area and private. The beach is 1 block away. We didn't have any problems but Blue Swell was in contact with us through text on regular basis asking if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

The house was perfect for our family!! A great proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed it. However, the same can not be said for the managing company. After a 13 hour drive, we found the code management had provided us to open the door to be the wrong code. We were provided a new code after calling 4 times and waiting an hour outside. We had promised our children they could swim only to find the pool to be dirty and green. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this home. It was gross. The management company was notified upon arrival of the pools condition only to say they would notify us when someone was coming to clean it. We reminded them twice it was dirty. No one ever came. I’ll never rent from Blue Swell again. Please note good reviews of their business are encouraged with a chance to be entered into a drawing for a free vacation.

This is our third experience with them and all three have been great! The house was perfect for us with 2 adults and 5 kids. It is close enough to the beach that I didn’t have to worry about the older teenagers walking back and fourth. The ocean was double red flag for most of our trip but the pool was a great distraction for the littles! Overall it was a great trip and an enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay and will return. I felt so comfortable in the house and the pool was a wonderful addition. The house was very clean and had everything we could think of. We actually enjoyed the house and pool so much we only went to the beach one day. Thank you for a great vacation.

The host company was easy to work with and helpful. Heating the pool was a little pricy but worth it due to colder temperatures this week. I would stay again 👍

The home was beautiful and clean with nice, beachy decor. It was just my husband and I because our adult kids ended up not being able to come so we had plenty of room. Even if the kids had come there was plenty of room for more people. The pool was amazing. I only wish it had been a little warmer out so we could enjoy the pool more but it was February so the weather is expected to be cooler. The home is near the beach so it's just a short walk there. The home is also located close enough for shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We were glad to see the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Appliances were great. Everything was in perfect working order. We only had to contact Blue Swell once during our stay concerning the power outlet in the bathroom not working but they showed up within 30 mins and fixed it (just a tripped circuit breaker). Very prompt! We had a nice, quiet vacation ... exactly what we needed. Thank you for making our vacation that much better. We'll be back. :) Tracy K.

Love the place! Very clean and intimate for the 5 of us. The location was PERFECT! Only downside is it was very cold and the 450 fee to heat the pool and hot tub was a bit outrageous but it was noted prior to booking. Will be back!

They came by to assist with the jacuzzi. They were very friendly, professional, quick and helpful. The establishment fit our families needs to a tea and was less than a two minute walk to the beach and even less then that by golf cart. I definitely recommend this location or for that matter any property that Blue Swell offers.
