Bardzo, czyste duże przestrone pokoje, personel bardzo miły, obsługa specjalnie na nas czekała z kolacja, w hotelu znajdują się strefy relaksu oraz rozrywki. Śniadania oraz kolację bardzo pyszne. Duży parking przy hotelu, całość monitorowana, spokojna okolica.

Very friendly staff. Looks new, very nice rooms with good beds and nice bathroom. Well maintained. Loved the blinds, able to make the room pitch black during the day!

Nice hotel in a convenient location on journey from Italy to Calais. Staff were friendly and efficient and Hotel was excellent value for money.

Clean, modern, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Sensibly priced with a well appointed room.
Will definitely return here if I am in the area again.
The only downside is that the attached bowling alley means there are many people driving in and past the hotel parking area, felt a little uneasy that everyone gets to see my bike, there were however absolutely no issues.
There might not be many places of interest in walking distance but I did not look so perhaps there are.

Modern hotel with a contemporary design inside and out. Well decorated with large comfy bed and quality towels too.
Reception team on check in and check out very helpful and friendly.

The room was very comfy, there was free parking and also the free WIFI worked very well. The quality of food and beverages at the breakfast buffet was very nice. Worth every cent.
The breakfast was supposed to start at 07:00 but when I entered the breakfast room at approximately 07:10 am it was totally dark and empty. No employee at all was present. When I went to the reception to double check the operating hours of the breakfast room, I found the reception at 07:15 totally abandoned. There was only a note with a phone-number that should be called in case any assistance was needed. I tried to call this phone number but did not get an answer. In the meantime another couple of guests from Germany on the way to Spain showed up in the reception. They wanted to take the road early, but they were delayed for more than an our because the prepaid breakfast was not available. Only when I came back at around 08:15 hours, the breakfast buffet was eventually functioning. When I checked out at about 08:45 the reception was still abandoned. Since I had prepaid my room and my breakfast I just put my key on the desk and left.

Stayed here twice on way to Italy and on way back to UK - newly opened hotel with excellent facilities-very clean and very friendly staff. Pet friendly and very welcoming. We will make this a regular stop on our journey.

At the beginning there was a problem with our reservation.
But the response from the staff and management was just *incredible*.
We have been upgraded to a suite, including premium+ diner, breakfast and spa !

1) room wasn't ready when I arrived (around 6 pm)
2) room wasn't cleaned properly... I found a used razor in the shower, floors were not hoovered.
3) dinner took ages to warm up(definitely not to cook) as when it was served it still was cold.

It was perfect for one night. It is close to the highway, the rooms are big, the breakfast was good.
The women at the front desk didn't speak any english.
The breakfast seems to be good but we were the first guests in the morning and the buffet was not ready. The employee was very nice but it seemed like he has his first day and doesn't really know what to do.

The room is clean enough. The breakfast is fantastic especially the fresh juice and local cheese. There is a game center next to the hotel which we had a lot of fun. The parking on site is convenient and safe. The staff are really kind and helpful!
The building seems new and the hallway and corridor smells a little bit strong.

room and facilities are great. staff was friendly
fridge wasnt cleaned. contained an opened can of tuna. smell was all over the room. toilet seet was dirty and there were toothpicks lying around.
