La ubicación y el apartamento en si. Tiene todo lo necesario y para estar fuera de Manhattan está súper bien conectado.

Por poner alguna pega en el comedor entraba bastante frío ya que el tubo de la calefacción sale por la ventana y no está bien aislado, pero tapándolo no se percibía. Algo parecido pasaba en el baño ya que la puerta de la terraza se encuentra dentro de él y se nota el fresquito, pero nada exagerado. Una amiga se dejó unos AirPod olvidados y nos comunicamos con el anfitrion para que los enviaran de vuelta, hubo unos cambios de versiones sobre si estaban primero, si luego los habían lavado pero creemos que fue cosa de la señora de la limpieza que se los quiso quedar o simplemente no los quiso enviar de vuelta. Él anfitrion en todo momento se preocupó por nuestra estancia y por solucionar el problema de los AirPod o cualquier otro que nos pudiese ocurrir. La estancia en general ha sido muy satisfactoria y el apartamento tiene mucho encanto, perfecto para visitar Ny.

The location was excellent, and the building had all the facities we needed for a week's stay. The heating was good, and the kitchen came equipped with everything needed for a family stay. The upstairs bedroom was great, and the downstairs sofa turned the loungeroom into another bedroom. The rear courtyard was nice but didn't get much use by us due to the cold winter weather.

The pipes of the heating system had a tendency to make cracking/expansion-contraction type noises at irregular times, which occasionally woke us up in the middle of the night....the place was toasty warm though!

Los ruidos del por la noche por la calefacción, la entrada muy sucia y el agua que nos caía por el techo dentro de la casa por dos días.

The only good thing about this property was the location. It’s right near Jersey city and the train to get to the city.

This property was not cleaned well, especially the bathroom. I have pictures and I’m pretty sure there is black mold under the bathroom rug. The patio in the pictures also look way different in person, looked like nobody had cleaned/ cut weeds in a long time. Plus the host did not mention that the lights don’t work out on the patio so once night came we couldn’t see anything. I just thought the place would look more like the pictures and I feel like we got catfished. We were so excited to stay here especially with the location and it wasn’t clean. The AC barely worked on top of this as well. And lastly the host was not quick with responding and ignored my messages about the cleaning. I sent pictures and he just messaged me when check out was. Honestly I never complain but there is so much to complain about I had too.
