Perfect for families, great views, very clean

Unfortunately our guests did not have a good stay.The sewage system became backed up from a previous guest so there was no water for their stay and no other condos to move to since it was a football home weekend.The good thing is I received a full refund and the condo host was very apologetic.We did have family at another condo that they could shower etc at

Peaceful place to meet up with our adult children and grandbaby to enjoy time together.

We’ve stayed at this property for several years in a row and can’t say enough about how accommodating the property owners have been. We are already looking forward to next year! We love Lake Martin!

Enjoyed our stay.

The reservation and check in process was easy. The lake and sunset views were as promoted. We were a little surprised that the exterior entryway (steps) was in much need of cleaning and reworking which didn’t give a good first impression. No entry lights were working at night except for our unit door light we would turn on at night. The unit was somewhat dated but was clean. We had trouble with the living room TV saying no connection. We called the property manager and tried to leave a voice mail however his phone said his voice mail was full. We texted him to ask for assistance. No response. We kept calling until he finally answered. A crew was sent out while we were out. When we returned the TV was still inoperable. We once again played call, can’t leave a message, text and call until we got him. He did apologize and came out personally and got TV going. The pool and common areas were beautiful. The unit kitchen wasn’t as organized and supplied with items we have become accustomed to from other renters in the mountains and at the beach. It was a mix match of cups glasses, silverware etc. Microwave lights over the stove did not work for ease of cooking. The two slice toaster needs to be replaced. It looks nasty. Would we rent again? Maybe, however we will search all other options carefully.

This was exactly like the pictures, a nice, neat condo with beautiful sunset views, close to the marina, restaurants and chimney rock! The condo was clean, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. We brought our boat and parked in the boat slip & boated most of time and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Great condo and location with a fabulous view. Very convenient to many popular places on the lake. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with a great view on the lake.

This property was at the perfect location for our family gathering. We used it basically for sleeping . Unit was clean, which is very important to me.

Condo was cozy with an awesome view of the lake. Boat rentals at property dock was super convenient, Grills onsite as well as free kayaks to use. Salt water pool was nice. Definitely will return next year.

I have stayed here twice and loved everything about it both times! Great spot, spacious, beautiful view, amenities, location!! Can't wait to go back!

We rented this property for the 4th of July holiday. There was plenty to do around the property that was provided by the owner. An added plus was there were pontoon boats available for rent as well.

Love this lake and property. This is our third trip and will be back again.

Condo was located right along Lake Martin with an amazing view and facilities. Stillwater community was beautiful. The condo was spacious, comfortable and very clean with everything we needed.

Fantastic property with all the amenities you could want or need--a perfectly heated pool, a beach area, and deep water. We loved it!

We very much enjoyed our weekend on the Lake! The heated pool was great, the little beach was awesome, all of the provided water toys was amazing! My kids and husband canoed, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We also got to meet the local neighbor dog Morgan. He’s quite the welcoming committee ☺️ The condo was super nice, plenty of room with a great view!

My husband and I stayed at the condo while looking for a new home in the local town. The condo was very clean, it was right by the lake.

Great location and place.

The view was spectacular! Unit needs updating, furniture is outdated and there are too many large recliners in the living room which makes it challenging to move around and blocks the view.

Really enjoyed the property and all that it offered. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms/showers, and beautiful patios with AMAZING views. The condo also includes FREE paddle boards, kayaks, bbqs, heated pool, and private sandy beach. Owner is very engaged and we highly recommend this property!

We plan our spring break at Sunset Pointe every year with our neighbors and our group continues to grow because of the wonderful property!

Second time staying in this unit…we really enjoy the location, pool area and use of kayaks and paddle boards.

We booked this unit last year for our anniversary & this year we couldn’t resist the urge to go back! We have stayed in other units in the building owned by Nic as well & we absolutely love renting from him. We stayed March 9-12. Since it was before the “busy season” began, there wasn’t much activity on the water. It was very quiet & relaxing. The unit is exactly as pictured. We will be renting again!

Perfect location, perfect set up.

The unit number on our directions appeared to be part of the address instead of being clearly marked as the unit. The keypad battery died when we tried to enter our condo later in the evening after an exhausting day of travel. Having to email the manager and wait for a response was harrowing! Our belongings, including our meds were locked inside. Once we received a call from the manager we were able to enter via the master key, but to our is dismay, the shower tub didn’t drain! The remaining time was GREAT!
