Although some of my family and friends have stayed at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya before it was my first time and I was thoroughly impressed. The design and aesthetics are enough to make you literally say “WOW” multiple times throughout your stay. It is labeled as a kid friendly hotel and it definitely shows with their no alcohol sale policy and all the games and activities the kids can enjoy on the premises as part of their stay. The rooftop restaurant food was quality and the customer service from all the staff is what one would expect and more from a 5 star hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and close proximity to the Terminal 21 mall and countless shops and restaurants makes this one of the top hotels to stay at while in Pattaya. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The hotel was nice, but the pools close too early I thought. They close at 7pm everyday. Also, no alcohol is sold at the hotel. It can be purchased offsite and brought in.

The facility for kids really good.
But over populated. From the breakfast to all day long it was over populated and it look like the hotel stuff just don’t know how to handle it.
Breakfast don’t even bother to go. We gave up on it on the second day. Sorry for the description but you feel like in a pig farm and treated like one.
I just think the stuff don’t know how to handle the type of people that visit the hotel

Water park is closed at 6 o'clock, I think it is too early.

Sky pool is also closed too early. Moreover, under 12 years old children is not allowed to use the sky pool, it is not a friendly policy for a family hotel.

Around the area I don’t like it at all, too much poverty, vendors very low clase, smelling soo bad the air, horrible contamination, very very poor area !!!
But the hotel I feel I was in on other world, a perfect world 🌍 !!!

Overall the hotel is exactly , but a small point , you need to walk to terminal on foot for around 8-10 minutes, it’s not so convenient when you bought stuff to walk back.

Our next door Neighbours had party and played loud music after 11pm. Rang front desk first time, party stopped.

Very family friendly hotel, the water park is great fun and out of my expectation. Value for the money and fun for the kid. The club house is fun too, u can just stay there and no need to go anywhere.

It was a birthday trip for my son, I notify the hotel in advance, the hotel make a little decoration and little pushy doll for my son, it was so sweet. The hotel is new and clean, my family enjoy the water park and also the sky pool as well.

It was great experience for us to stay in this space hotel and we had a great time with friends. We were celebrated our 25 Anniversary and they had decorated our beds and gave us a spaceman soft toys. We were really appreciated for their hospitality and great service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again in the future.
