Always a great place to stay breakfast was excellant. Beds are comfy.

Overall our stay was very good. Beds were comfy, and everything was clean and in great condition! The only downside was the hot tub was broke, and they had the pool turned up so warm and the room so hot it was like a huge hot tub rather than a pool. I'm sure this was to accommodate since the hot tub was out of service. But the kids really would have enjoyed our 4 nights with a pool they could enjoy forore than 15 minutes.

Hotel room was great but their hot tub was shut down & their pool was absolutely disgusting. I booked this room for my daughters bday and her friends were bummed they couldn’t swim or get in the hot tub

Bedbugs ! Had 2 rooms and they were adjoined and we all exited at 3am due to woke up with bedbugs . My wife has them on her face and arms

The room was fantastic. Great amount of space, very comfy bed. Absolutely loved the room. I enjoyed the lobby…makes a great first impression when you walk in. The free breakfast was nice and convenient but the quality of food wasn’t that spectacular. If I had one bad thing to say about the stay was that the breakfast could’ve been better. But…it was complementary with the stay so I’m going to complain about it and use it as an excuse to give a bad review. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Poor guy at checkin was taking care of a bus full of peeps when we walked in. The hotel sits next to the interstate and you’re going to hear traffic all night. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Mold in shower. Crazy setup in closet makes it impossible to hang up your clothes. But the room was very nice and bed extremely comfortable. For a one night stay it was about what I expected.

The manager and staff are the best . We had very comfortable beds and a larger than normal hotel room . Got the best sleep ever . Breakfast was good as well . A lot of different options. Thank you Paducah Ky Comfort Suites

Our checkin and room was very nice. We travel extensively by car, and often stay in hotels and motels more than 40 nights per year. My only complaint with comfort suites Paducah was that the breakfast was not up to your usual quality. We came to breakfast at 7am, and almost everything was out. Chafing dishes were empty, three containers of yogurt, and the bread items were very low. Napkins next to bread tray were out, and half/half was out (artificial cream was ok, but real cream was out). Just not up to regular standards.

Was a little discouraged when we checked in there was a sign there apologizing that the person working would be back in 15 minutes. When I checked out the same sign was there.

Front Desk was not manned properly . I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get assistance. Need better management concerning that issue.

Great area to stay multiple choices

Stayed here one night to break up a long drive. Overall nice place. No coffee in the buffet breakfast was the only bummer.

We were in town for a funeral and Nikki took really good care of us. Her and her staff were very compassionate and let us check out late and that really helped us out. Thanks!

Experience was good. Not excellent because I hate fitted hotel sheets that do NOT stay fitted over the mattress.

Clean. Noisy AC unit, but didn't need it on all the time. Not the best part of town location, however we drove a ways for a decent restaurant.

Excellent hotel, modern, clean, very spacious, convenient to I24 and a great price. Hard to beat.

Coffee packs in the room and no coffee pots to use them with. Pillows were like a wadded up towel, very uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels across the country and this was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had. I was traveling and checked in fairly late (10ish) for 1 night. Got to my room and could hear someone else going to the bathroom, brushing teeth, doing little things (not making a ton of noise), yet I could hear it crystal clear in my room from theirs. Thought these must be the thinnest walls ever. Managed to fall asleep as I assume they did as well only to wake up to them talking on the phone early the next morning. I then realize there is a literal 3” gap at the bottom of the adjoining door to the floor. Absolutely no privacy. Felt like they were in my room, as you could hear EVERYTHING each other did. Went down to front desk as I was leaving to let them know how bad that was and no one there. Stood there for a few minutes, eventually had to yell to the back and ask if anyone was there. I then heard a woman talking to someone else, took her time coming out and then says something like “how can I help you” in a not very friendly or apologetic tone. I mean first thing she should have said is, hi, sorry about that… But no, super rude. I’m a customer, literally paying your salary and that’s how you treat me? Avoid this place, there are tons of other options all around this area!
