Rude when checking in

Elevator stopped working on my second day there had to go up 5 flight of stairs. Outside of the hotel didn't look too good. Inside of my room some of the wall paint or wallpaper was peeling.

This hotel smells like cigarettes and the rooms feel damp. After staying at this hotel I had a terrible cough. People were blasting music all night, so it was impossible to sleep.

This was by far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. The elevator was out of service! The rooms are super small, literally a walk in closet. The bathroom was super small, I couldn’t even shower without my arms hitting the walls. The wi-if would go in and out of service. You have to give your room key to the front desk so they can “recharge it” this place is NOT A HOTEL is more like a MOTEL! Pillows were very thin. Only 1 blanket and it had cigarette burns on it and to top it off, I booked and NON SMOKING ROOM and my room still smelled like cigarettes!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!

An ok stay just for a night or two. No safe parking. Elevator was not working. And the room was literally a hole in the wall. I personally would say it was not worth the money spent.

Good hotel close to transportation. Bad neighborhood but if you're street smart, u'll be fine. The people around the hotel pretty much keep to themselves.

I paid extra for a non smoking room. But the room I got had clearly been smoked in recently. I wasted hours trying to air it out. But the air conditioner itself had been affected. The desk person assured me that it was non smoking. But there’s an ash tray that suggested otherwise.

Parking in the street. No real parking lot available.

Good for last minute plans and need somewhere to stay and sleep and shower. But getting proper rest is impossible!! Doors are all slamming around house keeping up early in the AM !! There’s no deadbolt on the doors so if they want they can come in.. front desk is rude and nasty over the phone. Will never come back here again, this isn’t a hotel it’s an hourly motel .. horrible stay

Elevator not working

There was no closets to hang clothing. TV limited. Water dripping from ceiling in front of my door. Smoke alarm system not working. I should have been compensated for the 6 nights I stayed there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The rooms were poorly maintained and not suitable for families. The loud music in the rooms made it impossible to get any rest, and the noise levels were unbearable. To make matters worse, there were hairs in the towels, which was incredibly unhygienic. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. They are having guest hourly and you can hear the voice of s e x every minutes. I’m really sorry for Expedia with such a terrible hitels in their list and I never ever book the hotel through Expedia.
