Great location close to GWCC, host had very quick communication. Home clean and accurate to listing.

We met up with friends from NE and AZ to catch the football game. The location couldn't have been better! The house was comfortable and beds were wonderful. We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would for sure stay there again!

Place was walking distance to the GWCC. We could walk to and from our tradeshow daily and saved money on Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Location was great, neighborhood was so-so, but the convenience was paramount. House was clean, had three bathrooms with showers and host was extremely responsive with our requests.

This location and house was perfect for visiting all the things we had on our list. They also provided a lot of toiletries/kitchen items that made staying so easy. Would absolutely stay again.

We arrived at our rental home around 7pm and did not even get out of the car. The yard was disheveled, many of the surrounding homes had metal bars on the doors, there was graffiti on derelict buildings nearby and we did not feel it would be a safe to stay in this spot. We were three women staying in Atlanta for Americasmart, meaning we would be leaving early for work and arriving back home after the show in the evenings. I initially asked for the home's address and mentioned that we would be interested in walking to the mart. I didn't get a reply from the owner until it was too late to cancel the rental property and nothing was obvious from the pictures on VRBO. I want to say that I admire the business of improving old homes and putting them out there as rental properties. However, I do not like the practices of VRBO-- the company does not seem to do anything to monitor the safety of the properties, the honesty of reviews and they won't supply renters with an address until it is often too late to cancel. I not only feel it is my duty to write this review so that others can at least have a chance to ask more questions of the owner before they lay down any money; but I also want to say that VRBO needs to do a better job. Very disappointed.

This vrbo was just as advertised…plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms and very nice amenities and kitchen. Overall was a fantastic place to stay. The only drawback was the narrow driveway with room for 1 suv…maybe 2 small cars but parking was very tight…otherwise great place!

If I had seen the outside property and general area without seeing the pictures, definitely would not have booked. Driveway was definitely a squeeze for 2 vehicles and on a decline was nerve wrecking. BUT, pleasantly surprised the inside was just as picured. Enjoyed the stay. No broom, did not find the iron, and a wasp nest near the front door.

The house was very beautiful on the inside, the outside could use a some work! But would stay there again!

We enjoyed everything except their were only four forks and six spoons. We would stay again!

The house was very comfortable and easily accomdated our family, 6 adults & 2 children. Great location for access to a lot of Atlanta attractions. The only negative was the lack of towel bars in the 3 bathrooms.

This property was very close to the event that my sons wanted to attend so it was very convenient. The property was nicely remodeled and very clean with great appliances. The host provided clean linens and towels that smelled fresh and clean. This was a great and excellent property that the entire family loved.

This property is really nice and clean inside. Our group brought all of our food to cook in the house. Plenty of kitchen supplies. I would recommend somewhere to put your food away in, like a pantry cabinet, etc. Also, I would suggest a broom, mop, and dishcloth be placed in the house. Overall, this is a great property to stay at, very close to the GWCC and other Venues.

My friends and I stayed at this property while in town for an event at Mercedes Benz stadium. The house was within easy walking distance which was incredibly convenient. It’s been recently renovated and was comfortable and beautiful. We had plenty of room for the four of us and enjoyed the kitchen and living spaces. There was a great security system which made us feel extra safe. The owner was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend if someone is wanting somewhere to stay to get to the State Farm or Mercedes Benz stadium easily.

Shared this home with another family. Easy walk to Georgia World Congress Center for our volleyball tournament. This home was on opposite side of convention center from Olympic Park which avoids all the sketchiness downtown. Everything was as advertised. Very clean!! Owner was great to deal with. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable house.

We couldn't be more pleased with this VRBO. We rented this property to attend a conference at GWCC and it was perfect. Great location, clean home, friendly and responsive property owner.

I will say this is one of the Best properties I have stayed in. The location is great, the neighborhood is up incoming. The house is as you see on the pictures you will not be disappointed. Myself in nine other ladies share the house comfortable. I will definitely rate the house a 9+. I will definitely book again when visiting Atlanta!

The house was very convenient and walkable to the Mercedes Benz stadium for the game. House was clean and easily accommodated 7 adults, could fit more if needed....very pleased with our stay
