excellent locztion, good size for just 2 people . All was good . Need a latch on sliding balcony door but all else was wonderful . would stay there again.

Very clean condo but chilly and dark. We had a problem unlocking the door for a couple of days. The heat was not adequate until we found the emergency heat. The lighting inside was poor for us older folks. The shower door did not slide. Otherwise very nice and a great location. The beach was beautiful!

Everything was as described we were very happy with our stay. The host was accommodating and responsive to any requests we made. We would gladly stay again. I would, as someone else suggested, a reading lamp at the bed.

I went with my wife for Labor Day weekend. The apartment is ok but if you want to sleep late it has transparent curtains so light goes thru. The balcony and window was dirty and the coffee maker has not been cleaned in a while. To turn the light off you have to walk across the room because it does not have a lamp beside the bed. The good thing it has everything you need for your stay. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Bring food because everything is at least 15 minute drive. We enjoyed the people because it is a peaceful neighborhood.

Very disappointed over roofing going on—-had to watch out for machinery, nails in parking lot, etc. I would have changed my dates had I have known.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip for a weekend swim meet. Lovely condo, with great amenities and convenient to the grocery store and the competition pool.

This property was clean and efficient, conveniently located near the beach. What would be helpful to make this more enjoyable would be a dining room table, another bedside lamp, a rearrangement of the furniture so you can watch TV from bed, and a pastel paint job which would lighten up the room.

We needed an extra space for two of our family members over Memorial Day weekend, and this was perfect. It did not feel small. Easy access to the beach meant that they didn't need to wait on the rest of us to go have fun.

This is an extremely well appointed studio in a really nice location! The condo was very clean and absolutely had everything we needed! There was three of us in the condo and it was more than enough room. Absolutely love that it was so easy to get to everything in town, but far enough away that we were not in the busyness of the city. Getting to the beach was a very short walk across the parking lot. Excellent stay-- not only for the money I spent, but just in general!! Definitely will stay there again.

Wonderful location steps from the beach in a secure community! This studio was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting our family who live nearby. Our grandchildren were able to come and enjoy the private beach with us. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed breakfast there in the morning and were on the go all day! Comfortable king size bed, easy check-in and the host responded very quickly to us when we requested that our son be granted access at the gate to visit us.Thank you ! We are already planning our next stay there!

Brought my 70+/- yr old mom for an Atlantic beach get away. From start to finish, accommodations did not disappoint. Weather on the other hand was hit or miss. Beautiful clean property with a host who ws even better. A++ be sure to go to Trasca & Co and ask for Zack. Tell him Nash sent you for a free beer.

Relatively small but every inch of space is put to great use and was the perfect size for the two of us for almost a weeks stay. Well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen necessities, with a very comfortable bed and couch. The pictures are a perfect representation and the owners have cut no corners when it comes to the quality of items provided. I don't normally provide lengthy reviews but a couple of extra notes since there aren't many on this one quite yet. A) The balcony overlooks a road that runs along the beach. That said, there is very little traffic (the entire area is residential) and we had no issues at all with road noise. B) The path to beach is across a tiny parking lot, no more than 50 yards away. Super convenient. C) There are no facilities at the beach unless you're a member of the Sawgrass Beach Club (e.g. restrooms, places to grab a bite, etc). No issue for us and that actually leads to the beach being very quiet, which is nice. D) There is nothing within walking distance. Again, the area is completely residential. There are however, plenty of good restaurants a very short drive away and it's conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. If you're looking for the perfect, relaxing getaway, this is it. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful time on this trip! I was able to find this beautiful studio condo last minute. The room was so spacious and wonderfully updated. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The surrounding buildings/houses in the gated neighborhood were all so beautiful. I will keep this place saved for future trips.

Accommodations were perfect, loved the location, close to the beach, short drive to nice restaurants. Place was well equipped and tidy. Great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend.

The place was very nice overall other than the bed was very uncomfortable I would consider something better for future guest but overall we enjoyed the stay.
