Loved everything about the condo and was exactly as described. Host was amazing and helpful! Had everything we needed and so very clean and neat! Could have sat on the porch forever. ♥️

Everything about the property was just as described and Brittany was lovely! We had a wonderful week exploring the island. Highlights included paddleboarding to Starfish Point, swimming with stingrays, bird scootering to Rum Point, and sunsets in the jacuzzi. A wonderful family vacation!

Very nice and relaxing place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in this property. First off, the property is located right on the water in the Rum Point region of the island. There is a beautiful view right outside its windows. The property has a lovely pool, hottub, beach with hammocks and lounge chairs, ideal for relaxing. The property has a storage unit that the owners have stocked with a kayak, paddleboard, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and bikes. My son and daughter used the bikes to get to starfish beach and rum point, both short distances from the property. We contacted the owner during our stay and she immediately got back to us. We have rented 10 properties in a number of locations from VRBO and this owner is the most responsive and the property was fantastic, the best of the bunch. We will certainly return to Cayman and we will certainly want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kaibo Yacht Club. This was exactly what I was hoping for in a vacation rental. The condo was clean and right on the beach! We appreciated the amenities such as the snorkel gear and kayak. If you are traveling with other couples or family, I'd recommend this location as it was extremely convenient to gather by the pool or to hang out at the beach which was literally a step outside the door. My sister and her husband rented another condo a few doors down and it was perfect. The Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant (with the best french fries!) was a rock's throw from the condos and there was a quaint coffee shop as well. Every morning, there was a crew cleaning the pool area which was so nice. We love the Kaibo/Rum Point area and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a great relaxing time at Brittany's condo, our 3 kids had a fabulous time in the pool and going out on the cayak with Dad. The area is quiet and very relaxing, the condo is updated with new appliances and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The restaurant next door was very convenient and had delicious food (bring bug spray for dinner time), there is also a small grocery store just 10 min away. We had a great time and would return. This property was exactly as pictured and just what I was looking for! It is a little bit of a drive from some of the attractions on the island, however I thought it was completely worth it to drive to a busier area during the day and then be able to come back later on and enjoy the peace and quiet of Rum Point! I absolutely loved relaxing in the pool and hammocks in the early mornings and evenings! Brittany was very easy to work with, friendly, and helpful with providing recommendations!

If you are looking to be removed from the hustle & bustle- this part of the area is the place to stay. It’s very peaceful and the drive isn’t bad at all. If you are looking for something to do, the Crystal Caves isn’t far and the there are a few boats that will pick you up from the dock. The condo is equipped with the necessities and clean. The host was responsive and friendly.

Unit is as described, was properly cleaned in all areas prior to our arrival and everything was in proper working order. Perfect ground floor for easy walk out to pool, beach and parking lot. Each are merely feet from this unit. Amenities just as described. The unit is spacious and well accommodating. Ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. Lanai furniture accommodating and comfortable to relax in, or have coffee and a light meal. Brittany was a pleasure to speak with and very quick to respond to several of my inquiries. Overall, no complaints here! Which is most unusual these days with travel and accommodations. Looking forward to a return trip soon. Thank you Brittany for such a positive experience with your rental.

Kaibo truly was a corner of paradise! Host Britney was brilliant, super responsive to our queries and sorted out travel cots and buckets and spade for our 2 children! Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and location was brilliant! We spent our mornings kayaking and paddle boarding to starfish point, followed by Caymans best coffee at the lovely cafe next door! Boat trip to Stingray city left from jetty next door which was very convenient, Rum point is a short drive or cycle away. Complex included a lovely pool and hammocks for relaxing afternoons! The only downside was 3 days just wasn’t a long enough stay!! We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman and not only did we fall in love with the island, we fell in love with the Sea-Esta condo. Brittany did an excellent job with communicating with us about the booking and also during our stay. The condo was exactly as represented by the photos. You walked out the screened-in porch and your toes were in the sand. The property is very peaceful and it was wonderful to NOT be in the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. The restaurant next door was super convenient. We will definitely return to the island and to the Kaibo condo.

Really appreciated this place! Everything was well appointed and stocked. Great value. Good sleeping options for the family. Loved walking right out the back door to the sand, pool, and water! Great restaurant next door and close to rum point!
