Excellent Service, staff was welcoming and pleasant, the staff at the bar were very helpful, overall it was a pleasant 2 nights.

The room i got #409 is located very close to the terrace bar, music was played loudly nightly, i think i should have been informed of tbis before.

The room.. comfortable bed, tv n Ac. Oh the breakfast was beautiful..

Check out time should be more flexible... On checking in I notified the front desk that I wished for a later check out time. He gave time as 2pm. However on my return to room on said day I was locked out. Returning to front desk the same guy said I needed to advise o the day I'm leaving. I was confused as this wasn't told to me prior. I even advised him the website asked if there were any additional request hence I notified him on check in. Besides this I had a wonbderful stay will do again...

Breakfast could have done with a bit more variety. The dining room got a bit tight on weekends. It rained one morning and soon a "river' was running through the dining room! The omelets were excellent and so was the hot local chocolate.

There was not much to complain about. I would have liked a greater fruit variety at breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent as there was a variety of items to choose from. They also changed up the menu on each day. The view from the pool was simply breathtaking. All the staff there were pleasant and helpful which made the time I spent there even more enjoyable. The rooms are a decent size and is nice.

Even though the pool is beautiful it quiet small for the size of the hotel. So it can get crowded very quickly. The beds were suppose to be queen size, however, it looked and felt more like a full size bed.

The rooftop pool is amazing. They have very good daily shuttle services to the beach and the airport and staff is very friendly and accommodating

The restaurant only have one menu for dinner and it’s a four-times fixed menu. They should have more options available for guests. Also, I ran out of water in my room when I was checking out. I’m not sure if it was related to my late check-out, that ended at 5 and I left the room shortly after.

Miss having a beachfront

The staff was amazing and took great care of us. Vegan friendly, they made sure to prepare something for us every morning. Also, property location is good since it is walking distance from town.
