This was our first time at Lake Martin. We did not know what to expect, but we love Lake Martin and we loved this place. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you could need for a vacation getaway. It was very easy to get in touch with Nick and he was super responsive. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in this condo/townhome so we could be close to Auburn University. The drive is around 36 minutes. It is hands down the cleanest space I’ve ever stayed. It was spotless. Its location within a gated community felt safe and peaceful. There is every amenity you could possibly need and a binder with all the info you’ll need for your stay, from WiFi to local restaurants. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the amazing view. *There are two gates for this gated neighborhood. Renters may only use the main gate on Hwy 49. Waze and Google Maps will take you to the incorrect owner’s gate. Look at a map beforehand so you will know how to get to the main gate where there is a 24hr guard. I believe it’s called Stillwaters Golf Club.

Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and well-equipped property. Very close to two solid restaurants -- Niffer's and Oskars -- and 15 minutes from a mid-sized grocery store -- Renfro's -- in Dadeville. Large marina also close. Bonus points for extra fridge, washer/dryer, water toys, and distance (lack thereof) from dock and water. Great family rental.

Your place was exactly as presented. It was very well maintained and clean. Loved the back porch for gathering and watching tv and grilling. The views are amazing! Thank you again for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful and in a great location! Nick was very nice. The only thing is that I wish you could have boat trailer parking there and an easier/closer place to launch that is open longer hours. We also didn’t like docking our boat at the end of the floating pier because of waves on a busy holiday weekend… HOWEVER, besides that it was the perfect place!!!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful place to stay. Loved the porch with tv and the fact that there was a baby gate for the stairs. My wife loved that the blankets smelled awesome. I would recommend this to everyone. We will be back.

Decided to make a last minute trip and found this townhome. We’re very familiar with the lake but hadn’t spent much time on this part of the lake. We enjoyed trying out new places like Niffers. We missed having a boat but the house had plenty of great dock space to use and enjoy the water.

Loved our stay, comfortable and easy communication with owner.

My granddaughter graduated from Auburn so all the grandparents rented Nick’s home. We had a little trouble getting in the gate (main gate is off Hwy 49. GPS takes you to back gate where there is no guard to let you in). But, the view is spectacular and the house very comfortable. Nick was quick to answer any questions.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Gorgeous view and gorgeous home! We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Lots of extras that made it great like toiletries, cleaning supplies, nice towels, fluffy blankets, lots of streaming options on tvs, and very roomy! Loved the kayaks on site and the covered porch with comfy furniture and tv. We will definitely come back!!

After a hard day of work, what a great way to relax in this amazing home. Everything was perfect, and would stay over and over again. That Sunset was simply beautiful! Thanks Nick for making us feel at home......

A very comfortable, tidy, clean house, and specially decorated for Christmas for us. We spent a nice 2022 family year-end on the shores of Lake Martin, with all the comforts we were looking for. Very grateful to our host Nick, who was always willing to answer our questions and problems that arose from the extremely cold temperatures of those days. Thanks for everything.

Everything was just as it says it is. The access to the lake and the view are are awesome. The villa is nicely decorated and layer out as well as stocked with all you need and comfortable beds. We loved that there was an additional refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location, located in a gated community. The villa was great - kitchen was fully stocked, super clean, and shout out to the owner for going the extra mile and having high quality mattresses! The last five places we stayed at, the beds were horrible but the beds in this villa were HEAVEN!!!!! We will definitely book again :)
