We had a great weeks stay at Perry’s place, located in Mexico Beach! Although our fishing trip was canceled, we enjoyed the beach and great food.

The condo was stocked with all we needed and more! The beds and furniture were amazingly comfortable! And the views! I can't say enough about the beautiful views from all levels! The host responded to all of our questions very timely! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Perry's Place! We really enjoy the less crowded beaches in this area and being able to walk right out to the beach each morning or run back inside if you forgot something is unbeatable. There are just enough restaurant and grocery options nearby that you can pick up anything you need once you're down in Mexico Beach for your stay too. The house itself was fantastic. Everything was very clean, the couches and beds were super comfortable as well. Wendy (the owner) was also very easy to communicate with leading up to our trip. Will definitely stay here when we make our return trip to Mexico Beach!

Perfect place for our small gathering. Very clean and had every amenity you needed. Enjoyed the garage level seating area for when we didn't want to get sandy but still relaxing. Mexico Beach is practically a new town after getting rebuilt after Michael. MUCH better than crowded Panama City. Would use this condo again if I return to Mexico Beach.

We loved our stay at Perry’s Place 6. The townhome is beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular and we loved being right on the beach. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to go back!

We had such a great time and the townhome exceeded our expectations! Wendy was great in getting back to us and we had zero issues or problems occur during our stay. We will definitely be back here and definitely recommend this townhome for anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet get away. Also, Killer Seafood is right across the street and they have the best food in Mexico Beach!

Our stay at Perrys Place was perfect. Property was new, clean, and perfect for our family. Being steps from the beach and not having to be around the crowds of Destin/PCB was amazing. Very private and very comfortable, great set up on all accounts. Wendy was wonderful and communicative too. Got to see dolphins on our last day was a wonderul send off. We will be back!

We absolutely loved Perry’s Place 6! It’s a beautiful townhome on the beach and has amazing views where you step out right onto the beach! It was also a very short drive to Port St Joes to shop and eat. We plan on staying again!

Perry’s Place is an excellent place to stay. The views of the ocean are spectacular. It has unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset. The sitting area under the breezeway is a great amenity as we were able to relax and catch up and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Imagine waking up to a view of the ocean well you can at Perry’s Place. Communicating with the owner was the easiest I have ever experienced. I would recommend staying at Perry’s Place.

We loved Perry’s Place and would definitely return. Great views from all three levels of the home. The beds were super comfortable as were the furnishings. We hope to rent here again in the future!

First time to visit to Mexico Beach - absolutely beautiful. And Perry’s Place allowed me to enjoy every moment of the beach. I loved being able to walk down a few steps and have my feet hit the sand. The outside spaces was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.
The kitchen had everything I needed and everything was just beautiful and comfortable.

Our family vacationed with friends and had a great time. They were in an adjoining unit so the set up was ideal.
The beds were comfortable, the amenities in the condo were first class and the amount of care put into the unit was apparent.
We look forward to visiting Perry’s Place 6 again!

This was the perfect place to relax with my family. Perry’s Place 6 is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access to the beach can’t be beat. We look forward to a return visit to this lovely spot.

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach and it was so Beautiful and Peaceful. This will be our new place to come without a doubt. The townhouse is right on the beach, you cant get any closer, and everything was so clean. The owner Wendy was a pleasure to talk with, and made sure we were happy with our stay. Thank you Wendy for sharing your Beautiful home with us. We will be back.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. It has the best views and easy access to the ocean. This beach is such a gem! We have always loved coming to Mexico Beach, and was delighted to see online when you were renting again. We stayed 5 nights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the beach with amazing views, especially the sunsets! The road is right there, though, but road noise never really was an issue and it's right across the street from Killer Seafood (yummy!) Had a power issue in the main bedroom/bath and Wendy and her husband responded immediately and had it taken care of. Cody, the electrician, was quick, fixed it right up and was super nice. Really cute place and very clean. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, this is absolutely perfect!

The house is beautiful and very accommodating. You have the best views from every floor of the home. I couldn’t have been happier with my short stay at Perry’s place, it was perfect. I would without a doubt book again in the future.

My family spent a couple days at this location, and it was the perfect vacation. Not only was the house cozy, the view to the beach was gorgeous. Whether it was cloudy or sunny, the location was perfect for any form of relaxation. I would highly recommend it and would come back again!

Perry’s Place 6 was everything as advertised. I would highly recommend if wanting a place just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that was as equipped as the property description said. My wife and I usually bring kitchen stuff we know we will need because when most properties have said they have everything you need, it has never had everything we needed. Perry’s Place 6 was different. The kitchen is very well equipped, the property was very clean, and the host responded quickly with the few questions we had. There was construction going on next door, but it was not an issue for us. We were glad to see progress in the rebuilding of Mexico Beach.

We loved our stay at Perry’s Place so much that we didn’t want to leave! It is literally just steps away from a beautiful beach, which was really convenient for our family. Everything inside of the house was very comfortable and clean. And the view from the balconies! One day we watched dolphins swimming for hours. We hope to come back for our next Florida vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Perry’s Place. The townhome is in the perfect location on the beach! The walk across the street to wonderful seafood at Killers and ice cream was a nice bonus as well! The home has plenty of space and accommodations that truly make it a home away from home. The beds are more than comfortable! The downstairs deck/porch area was well loved this week between meals and relaxing/reading. We would definitely come back!

The condo was amazing. Great views, direct beach access, 3 great outdoors decks/ patios for optimum beach views! The condo was clean, decorated so cute and inviting, and she thought of everything to make it perfect !

Wow! Perry’s Place was a dream. The clean & comfortable accommodations, the proximity to the beach & the communication with Wendy - all perfection! We couldn’t have asked for a better Spring Break. I highly recommend.

This condo is lovely throughout, furnishings are very nice and functional, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for both cooking and serving and it is CLEAN! Communication with Wendy is prompt and cordial. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo.

We were sorry the TV did not work as it was March Madness, otherwise it would not have mattered.

Loved the proximity to the beach. We stayed in January so there were very few people on the beach. We were the only guests in the unit. Mexico beach is a very quiet beach vacation. We loved it.
