Overall, a good stay during our week with family. Fantastic kitchen upgrade. Pool was great. Sufficient towels available for indoor and pool use. Beach accessories came in handy for our trip to Coquina Beach. Garage with washer and dryer came in handy. Three of the bedrooms had private baths, but the fourth bedroom/extra room did not. Property is close to eating establishments and grocery stores.

Great, well-appointed and spacious house. Fabulous kitchen and pool with many considerate extras which made for a stress-free, wonderful week. Jay is an attentive and accessible host. Would love to return!

We were there to place my mother's cremains into a reef with Eternal Reefs. It was myself, my sister, sister-in-law, my kids and grandkids, 10 of us in all. It was a vacation as well as a somber occasion. It was my first experience renting a vacation house and I was concerned but the house was all that was advertised and more. Everyone couldn't believe how nice it was. The pool was a perfect temperature and we appreciated all the beach chairs and toys. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute renting that house. The owner was very nice and responsive, I never had to wait if I had a question.

This location is totally awesome! The hosts were very attentive and any questions were answered in minutes. The house was perfect, large and spacious, rooms all updated and nice furniture. The kitchen had literally anything that you would need to make yourself feel at home. A 15 min drive to the beach, and 40 min drive to Siesta Keys, which was perfect for us. The house came with everything you would need at the beach, including a beach trolley and beach chairs. I would definitely come back to the house in the future!

The house was just as pictured. The kitchen was amazing and served as a great gathering place. The appliances are all top of line which made cooking our own meals a delight. Our host, Jay, was beyond fabulous and responded to our questions quickly and kindly. The pool was just right and a highlight of our trip. Located close to shopping and several beaches on the island. We will keep this house in mind for future visits.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The house was very clean and in great condition. And the pool area was wonderful. Jay was each to get in touch with and very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cortez! Jay was excellent and easy to work with. The house just as advertised! We take a big family vacation every year and this was one of our best!

The great things: knowledgeable, polite, helpful, great communication skills and easy to reach host Jay. The location was very close to the best beaches on island. Not great things: not too clean, one of the bedrooms was located right by garage and we were not able to use it due to lack of privacy, lack of lighting and lack of air circulation. Also there was a AC issue (which was fixed with almost immediate host help though). Overall, we had a great time there, just expected a little more for the price paid. Thanks to host Jay again. He is the best.

We had a great time with elderly parents. Jay was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful from start to finish. Home is clean and exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Close to several grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed getting fresh fish from the Cortez Fish market and grilled both nights we were there. This is a perfect home for families of all ages! Thank you for everything, Jay!

The house was exactly how it was listed. It was very clean on arrival. The big open kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, even dish soap, dishwasher detergent etc. The kitchen/dining area has plenty of seating areas for eating. The pool area was awesome and where we spent most of our time. The screen around the pool/patio was so nice to keep out bugs and critters. Pool area had a covered porch which worked great since we have smaller children they could hide from the sun but still be outside. The beach chairs/wagon/big cooler/umbrellas were great for the short 12 minute drive to Manatee Beach on Anna Maria Island. There were plenty of beds/trundles/sofa beds for sleeping, especially for small children. The bunkbed room was a huge hit. Quick 5 minute drive to grocery stores Aldis, Walmart, Publix etc. Jay was very responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely rent here again! We loved the area!

Good but a few small items, pool was dirty upon arrival. Owner took care of it immediately. Master bathroom had three bulbs out. We had problems with Microwave. Good location. No Fox News😂

There were some issues early on , Jay took care of every issue. The internet kept going on and off, not good.. but not the owners fault..

Has everything you need. We loved the pool and the property owners were awesome. We hope to visit again next year!!

It was better than expected, owner was exceptionally easy to work with and accommodating! Only bummer about location is that you can't jump on the beach (to walk) or watch sunset without having to get in the car. It isn't a beach strip there and it's all private, so no access. Otherwise, great house for a group and the owners and cleaners did a GREAT job! Kitchen is fabulous to use as well!

Everything was very nice and equipped for kiddos as well as adults. Close to the beaches and the host was super responsive and helpful!

This is a wonderful spacious house with a gorgeous pool. Our host, Jay, did everything possible to ensure our stay was wonderful. We had back luck with weather (rainy and cold!) but that didn't ruin our experience much. The kitchen is insanely nice - it will be the gathering place for your group, well-stocked and spacious. The pool is perfect but due to weather we barely took advantage of it. I would recommend this rental - very quiet neighborhood, close to many great places. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Easy stay and super clean.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and fully stocked as promised. Jay was very easy to get a hold of, responding quickly to any questions. All in all, we had a really great stay.

Dinning room table seats 10. Kitchen table and counter. Lots of towells, and very clean. Would recommend this place for families or up to 9 friends. So quiet, restfull, fun. The down side could use a garbage disposel and a door on master bathroom or screen around the toilet area. The bathroom was huge, beautiful, great amenities.
