We loved the condo! Great view, amenities, and very clean. The housekeeper went above and beyond. Also Poipu Beach is very close. We had a great time, thanks!

I strongly recommend staying here, we were very happy! The unit is updated with beautiful art, it was fun to point out the pictures that we saw while visiting the island. The unit was clean and well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, several sizes of coolers, ice packs. The beach inclusions made the trip so much more enjoyable - the chairs and boogie boards were very appreciated by us! There was also sand toys, snorkel gear and floaties. The welcome gift of cookies and wine was a thoughtful touch! Communication was very quick. Very last minute we flew in early to avoid a snowstorm back home, and they were very quick to respond to help us coordinate the extra day. Any questions I had were answered very fast as well! The only negatives, which didn't impact our trip, but could impact others, was that there is a lot of steps to get to the unit (in addition to the two flights in the unit), and the 2nd shower is in the 2nd bathroom, so our daughters in the loft room had to make sure our son was awake to go in and use the bathroom.

Our family was so happy with the condo and the location. Our grandchildren spent mornings in the pool, afternoons at the beach and back in the pool for an evening swim. We saw whales and sea turtles from the balcony and down toward the front end of the property. We had one day of rainy weather on the beach, but we waited it out and continued on with beach play. The condo was spacious and lovely. The artwork throughout is exquisite. We all agreed that this was a property we would come back to in the Poipu area.

We are a family of 8 (4 adults/4 kids, ages 9-13) and we stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The property is in a great location, overlooking the pool area and with lovely ocean view. The condo was well-stocked with supplies/equipment for kitchen, bathrooms, linens/bedding, beach equipment, towels, etc. and we appreciated the thought owners put into making this a comfortable stay for guests. We found the condo to be a bit cramped for our group of 8, especially the dining/living room areas, and sleeping arrangements for 8 were a bit tricky. A party of 6 would have had more comfort and flexibility with the space. Most of the condo has been nicely updated/remodeled, with a few things still needing some attention. We felt a couple things should have been disclosed to us before we committed to this property, or even after the fact if they weren’t issues at the time (i.e. that the integrity of lanai rail was under review; and dishwasher was awaiting parts for repair). All in all, we were happy with our stay at this property and we had a lovely time in Kauai.

When we arrived, we were disappointed with areas that were very dirty and unkept (i.e. baseboards, bathroom corners, windowsills, refrigerator had blood stains, and visible dust and residue on surfaces). Then, we encountered little tiny bugs crawling on the kitchen and bathroom counters. Then, the A/C barely worked so we went to sleep all sweaty... especially the top bedroom almost unbearable. Luckily the owner did respond quickly and brought the cleaner back in the next morning, as well as, lined up A/C repair and bug man. Luckily the A/C did improve, and we were able to look past a lot of the deep cleaning that still needed to be done. The bugs never did go away, but service wasn't completed until our last day. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is there were a lot of positives that can't be overlooked. The beach gear (boogie boards, snorkel gear, wagon, chairs, rolling cooler, beach mat, and several beach towels) were SO nice to have access to! In addition, the pool and ocean view were incredible. We could see the sunset from the master and balcony! And every morning we went to the ocean to watch the sunrise, and the amazing hidden gem out front which was the tunnel bridge was a trip highlight! Also, south side is a plus! I so wanted to give this a 5-star due to the responsiveness and swift action from the owner, but I want to leave an honest review for prospective renters so they know what they might expect. She did comp our 1st night's rent which was very appreciated.

We had three kids and my mom and aunt and we had plenty of space. Great walk to the beach and the grand Hyatt. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Quiet location. Only downside was lots of stairs

Condo came as advertised. Nicely redone inside with AC. We had 8 adults in our party and it worked great for us. Great location. Close to so many things in Poipu. The grounds are very clean. The views from the lanai and rooms on that side of the condo are amazing. It is quiet. I highly recommend this condo.

Clean property, plenty of amenities, great location, responsive owner

This wonderful property made our trip spectacular! It is centrally located to a ton of activities and scenic spots as well as shopping and delicious restaurants. We were able to watch beautiful sunrises every day from a spot withing walking distance, along with sunsets and turtle watching at the nearby Poipu beach. It was only a short drive to amazing hiking, kayaking, and boat tours. The air conditioning worked great in the hot weather and the pool is right there for tsking a cool dip. It had all the amenities we needed with the added privacy of not being in a hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Kauai.

The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. We were even able to see sea turtles from the balcony. Loved being in Poipu for our stay on Kauai.

This property was outstanding. the location, amenities and view are spectacular.

My family had a great time at this condo. It was so close to the best beaches and was stocked with towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Kauai again, which I hope we do!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful area and views. Lots of beach equipment. There are lots stairs. Accommodations we great for our family of six. Lots of room. I would recommend staying here.

Had a great time! Real nice place great location. Can’t get much closer to the ocean. Nice pool/ spa, BBQ area. Well stocked kitchen and Beach stuff.

The condo is nicely laid out and equipped with everything you will need. The only issue was the loft area on the third floor was nearly too warm for sleeping. Location was awesome- walk to beaches and short hikes. Saw seals, turtles, wild pigs all during our week.

We had a great stay, would definitely go back !

This was a great stay for our family of 4 + grandparent. Kitchen was maybe the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at private rental, very clean, also included basic extras like spices, olive oil & coffee filters. The 3rd story bedroom doesn’t have easy access to a bathroom. My kids slept up there but would be hard for kids under 5 to go down stairs by themselves at night in search of bathroom.

Great location and well stocked with all your beach needs!

Excellent venue for a enjoyable getaway on Kauai. Second floor entry, lots of stairs to get to it, very well appointed kitchen, nice deck overlooking the pool/hot tub with a view of the ocean, and two really nice bedrooms, one with a view, and both have bathrooms. The third bedroom is a loft, no door, two small beds and no bathroom. Overall a great value in a great location and we really enjoyed spending the holiday at this spot.

Walkable to beaches and sunrise viewing, and we saw many whales from the property too! Well stocked kitchen, and AC in all sleeping and living areas is great! Stayed with 3 couples and it was a nice space!

This condo and complex were so beautiful and comfortable! We had everything we needed for our family to have an amazing week in Hawaii. Everything went so smoothly, and we were even able to watch whales from our balcony almost everyday. Our family would be thrilled to visit again and stay in this home!

Loved how spacious the condo was. It was very clean. Really appreciated the towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and well equipped kitchen!

We really appreciated all the attention to details in the kitchen. The photography around the walls is stunning. We fit seven people in the unit, but I think five or six would be more comfortable.
