Lovey hotel , comfortable beds and good wifi!

Beautiful building , very safe, central area

There was a workman in the room next door to mine all day, banging and making lots of noise. Then when that finally stopped, the way the hotel is designed, is that all the rooms surround the pool or on the first floor, above the pool and the noise carried. However, if noise doesn’t bother you, then it is beautiful

Located at the center of the village. Large room. Nice patio and terrace.

I expected a better restaurant but there were others around. The breakfast service was really slow.

Helpful staff and beautiful property. The room was a nice size and had the best bathroom. The hotel was quiet and had great wifi for working.

My biggest issue is the manager put me in a room with a broken air conditioner and he knew it was broken. For two nights, there was incessant beeping from the air conditioner which kept me awake all night. The hotel advertisement is different than what you get. For example, in the room ad- it says there’s a dedicated workspace with a desk— but there really was not. The ad also also said breakfast included buffet style. But the breakfast was included where you had to order off a menu. I ordered the same menu item on different occasions, and a different dish came on every occasion. Also, water was hard to come by at this hotel. It’s free but you need to ask the front desk staff for it and they give one bottle at a time usually. There’s not always a person sitting at the front desk. In fact, often there was no one there. This included when I was leaving and I waited around for 20 minutes as I needed someone to call me a taxi. Finally, the pool was often dirty.

the hotel is overall just beautiful, nice pool area, super friendly stuff, big rooms with a pleasant scent, nice and comfy chill-out area, terrasse with a super nice view to Ometepe Island, great location in the center of Rivas, nice food & drinks, great breakfast

it’s clean, new and centrally located.

the parking lot is a block and a half away. no valets, and you can’t pull up to the entrance, it’s blocked off, closest point is a half block away.

The hotel is in the city center, just beside the cathedral. I got a queen-size bed. The bedroom is spacious and its ceiling is high.

The hotel parking is separated because this hotel is on a pedestrian area.

The breakfast was poor - only one drink coffee or fruitjuce - to eat also only one juice - no Buffet

we had two rooms ... with one, the hot water was not working.... the other had beeping with AC at night...but loved it overall.
