The staff were wonderful, lovely atmosphere and very good food. Also situated in a lovely seaside town and within a short walk to the harbour.

The location of The Ship Inn is excellent. The bar area is lovely, oak beams, low ceilings and very traditional, but is also spacious. The bedroom we had, had been decorated and the shower had been newly installed. The room was small, but for two nights it was fine.

it was noisy. But being a pub we expected that. Mevagissey has narrow streets, so deliveries are done in the early hours of the morning, so expect some disturbance from this. if you want to be in the centre of this lovely place, all this is very worth it.

Basic room. Very noisy early in the morning...6am. Toiletries not good, although said provided them. No wardrobe just a cupboard. Asked for 2 rooms next to/near each other and got 2 rooms on different floors and either end of the pub, although we booked 8 months ago!

The double bed was two singles put together but the mattresses were different. so uncomfortable and noisy springs on one side.

Location, atmosphere and all of the staff

we were given incorrect room which we didn’t comment on because one friend had not been able to come after all. Unfortunately there was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom and although there were tea and coffee making facilities there were no teaspoons provided for making drinks.

Good sized room, great location, friendly accommodating staff, and a very hearty breakfast. The food options at breakfast for vegans in particular were excellent!

It was a little loud at night, and one of our beds had not been made up with an undersheet.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy.

Very noisey due to being a pub and we were over the main door and next to the kitchen so we didn't get to sleep until 1am due to all the noise below ans next door.

The pub was fabulous, great atmosphere, great food and very attentive staff whom were also fantastic with our little Labrador too, all massive dog lovers whom totally spoilt her.

Our room was directly above the bar so was quite noisy, but, I guess this is to be expected when staying in a pub. The room was very compact for the two of us and our dog, but still had everything we needed.
