Very friendly and attentive staff, easy communication from and to the airport. Clean and fresh rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location but not within walking distance to the Charleroi airport. Good hotel shuttle service provided by hotel. Upon arrival to the airport, I called them and they were very prompt at getting to the airport. The following morning they took me back to the airport and the ride is about five minutes. The hotel is small with no restaurant but free water is available in each room . My rooms decor was old and tired with need to be revitalized. Walls are thin so you can hear lots. Linens were clean and comfortable so I slept well. Closest restaurant is 700m distance.

In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take. Here is no taxi app in service !!!

Really comfortable bed. Great staff and they even picked me up from the airport after a delayed flight me past their usual 11pm check-in time.

Start was fine. Shuttle pickup was good. Driver was also front desk person. He gave us incorrect info which caused huge issues for us. Morning staff very unhelpful and close to rude

The shuttle service was excellent and easy, the night was quiet and there was water for free. Only the hairdryer didn't work unfortunately, but I only saw it in the morning.

It was a great stay. It is an excellent option for an early flight out of CRL airport. They have a free shuttle and clean rooms. We were told that there is no air conditioning, though, until July and August. Air conditioning would have been nice during our June stay as well.

Thé hôtel is good, clean and close to the airport. There are no hotels at Charleroi airport. . But thé hôtel staff has put in place a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to/from the airport. The staff was really helpful to arrange to pick me up at the airport, and bring me back the next day for my flight. 5 stars responsive and helpful for the service

we stayed in the hotel to make it convenient for an early flight at Charleroi airport. The hotel provides on site parking and on demand transfers to the airport. The staf were very helpful and we were very pleased with the stay. Will definitely use again if we need to.

Great place to stay for a night before taking off from the airport on an early flight. Could do with air conditioning in the rooms, but it's hard to expect that for 2 stars.

Bed was uncomfortable. Heat was on and could not be turned off. Had to lay with window open but the traffic noise was excessive, resulting in no sleep. Very rundown area of town near airport. Closest restaurant was 1/2 mile walk through a questionable area of town. I would avoid unless you are on a severe budget, are a student or have low expectations.

Good value for money overall. Wifi did not work in room .The water in shower was luke warm.Unable to get a late check out. 4 hours beteen check out and getting the shuttle to the airport. Everywhere nearby was closed. Arrived on late flight.Was able to get shuttle to hotel. No tea or coffee making facilities

This hotel as a stop over was excellent Clean and everything I needed for a stop over stay. The pick up and drop off at airport was exceptional as local taxis wanted 40 Euros for a less than 10min journey Staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Our flight was very late arriving at Charleroi but it was no problem for hotel. Chaos at airport and not sure where to meet bus so we took taxi - had been a long day!

The rooms were good. Plenty spacious, and even with a small fridge. The only downside was that there was some road noise (and the air conditioning had not been turned on for the season, so we had to leave the windows open to cool off the room), and it was a little noisy as everyone was leaving in the morning. The thing I really liked was that you could leave your car parked there, and take the shuttle to and from the airport - all for free.

I stayed at the hotel overnight before taking a morning flight from Charleroi. As I arrived by public transport to the airport, they came to pick me up from the hotel, and in the morning took me to the airport. The hotel itself is simple, but nice and clean. There was no water kettle in the room, but when I just asked at the reception, I was instantly provided with a thermos of hot water to make all the tea I wanted. Cannot comment on the breakfast, as I was leaving too early. The area is nothing special, but there are a few places to eat and drink around, as well as some supermarkets. Wi-Fi connection was good.

I would have given a higher rating but for our last minute experience. The room and bathroom are simple but nice. The road is quite noisy which would not, I assume, normally be a problem if it had not been a steamy day and night, and we had not left the window open. We tried to check out at 5:30am. There was nobody at the reception so we left our electronic key on the counter, and walked out to the parking. The exit was however blocked and we could not go back inside (no key!). After some 10 minutes, we had no alternative but to honk repeatedly (and probably wake up the neighborhood) - the doors finally opened and we made our flight.

Located 5 minutes drive from Charleroi Airport. Hotel shuttle was excellent, called hotel when I landed and 10 minutes later shuttle arrived. Checked in early, room was lovely, clean and spacious. Hotel location in the middle of a very nice little village. Staff went out there way to help. Would highly recommend and will stay there when I have to travel to Brussels again on business.
